WiFi slow. targeted towards families. If you are a couple I highly suggest a room with private pool. Cleaner inconsistent. They come once every 2 days 1st time they cleaned properly after that we have been cleaning surfaces and made our own bed. Maybe because she found in the room she decided not to bother

Our apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything a kitchen needs. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend the accommodation to everyone!

We didnt stay at Sundance but used the pool and cafe area everyday. We were made most welcome by the lovely staff, the ladies who ran the cafe /pool area were so lovely, always smiling and were constantly cleaning and took so much pride in their jobs. We enjoyed the food we had and the amenities on offer. Their moto is "make me smile" and they certainly did.

The pool space is great with plenty of sun loungers, bean bags etc for all. Staff are very welcoming shout out to Sofia in kids club. You absolutely must get a massage from Michael! When we arrived, the manager told us that we had won the hotel‘s lottery and were now upgraded to an all inclusive holiday over at their partner hotel which, supposedly, was better suited for young people, had a water park, a disco and was just overall better. The hotel is located in a god location for the beach and local restaurants. The apartments are spacious and clean. Very nice rooms and very nice people, the food was really good and a lot of variety. The staf was very nice and helpful, especially Manos. Konstantin and his crew were extremely friendly and helpful. They served us great. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was reasonable. There’s Greek hospitality (which is already great) - and then there is Konstantin’s hospitality! Konstantin and his staff were fantastic. We spent 5 nights at Artemis and absolutely loved it. You get everything what you would expect from a 4-star place. Our room was cosy and clean, AC working all the time without any issues. Everybody working there was very nice and helpful, especially Konstantin: gave us advice on where to eat, ordered taxi for us, helped us with printing boarding passes. I would surely recommend the place to everyone

Myself and my boyfriend visited Artemis June 14th-June21st! We absolutely loved it, the hotel managers are so lovely and caring, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time if it’s wasn’t for them. The hotel owner and Maria made us feel very welcome, almost as family, making our experience so much better. The food, the room, the staff in the hotel, everything great quality. The hotel location is amazing, you are close to the beach, close to shops, restaurants also close to buss transport to explore Crete further. Lovely apartments 10 mins walk up the hill to the villages. 20 mins to beach and lively area. Pool clean. We walked down hill to spar hyper market for water ect. Basic cooking area. Fridge with ice box. I would stay again definitely. We perfected the villages to eat as lots of choice. Looking forward to returning ☺️

Family holiday, 4 generations, absolutely fantastic week. Clean, comfortable accommodation with beautiful views of gardens, mountains & sea. Fantastic value for money and brilliant location, quiet but Hersonnisos & Koutouloufari all within a 10 min walk. The pool is beautiful, all staff extremely friendly & helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better holiday & would definitely go back.

Love this place. Great, clean, well kept apartments set in lovely grounds. Pool area lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Nice shaded bar area run by Yannis and Sylvia who are very welcoming. 10 minute walk up hill to Koutouloufari and Piskopiano, with fab restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Hersonissos front for a livelier night. Can't fault it 2nd visit in 2 years.

25th May to 4th June 14 family members stopped across 5 apartments at this lovely place - Fantastic setting for families with a great pool and views from the room across the gardens and out to the sea are and Yannis the barman brilliant - Rooms are a little dated and basic but clean and for the price more than adequate. Very accommodating on arrival and made us feel welcome. Rooms are clean and spacious but there is very limited space for any clothes to unpack. Located right on the beach, this property also had a lovely pool. Spacious rooms had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. Close to everything, the beach, shopping, and excellent dining. I had an amazing stay at Petra Beach Hotel, truly a hidden gem located just at the end of the *****. The place was incredibly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Excellent stay in the heart of Hersonissos close to shops , car /boat rentals and all attractions, offers delicious breakfast and free parking .The receptionist person was more than helpful and welcoming. I've been staying here for two days now and its pretty ok, i complaint i have though, is the fact that in order to turn on the AC, you have to pay the ridiculous price of 45€. This hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and makes it easy to see that they focus on the guests. It may be a budget hotel, but you definitely get more service than you pay for. In my opinion one of the best places in the area. Serving sizes are large, the food is really tasty, and not just to fill the stomach. The pizza is quite large, the schnitzel is simply amazing. I highly recommend it because for his vacation he got burned on many positive reviews.

Love or stay here really clean and pretty layout of 2 story apartments that look like little villas. The pools are great really deep and very refreshing on a hot day!
