We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. Stayed at these appartments a number of years ago with my wife. So relaxing at that point it was owned by an elderly couple who were so welcoming I have been to many places in Greece and although the accommodation was basic the atmosphere was so warm. The location can go both ways, it's on a hill worh 20 mins walk to the beach area, with all the shops and food joints. Although it is not convenient, the view is very nice overlooking the shore. The room was decent wirh basic facilities. The owner was helpful and kind. The service can be improved with regular housekeeping and better breakfast option. Overall it was short sweet stay.

Great apartments, spacious and clean. Bathroom could do with a makeover, shower temperature temperamental, shower curtain had seen better days. Great location, lovely pool. Staff were great, mostly. Think it was the owner, who was rude. Had a couple of issues, for which he wasn't at all helpful, his responses were blunt. A shame really. Such a lovely hotel with very hospitable service. Their pool is beautiful and has an outdoor shower. The food and drinks at the restaurant are amazing and again the service is so comforting. The room itself is very large with a small equipped kitchen including a kitchenette, some utensils and plates, a mini fridge, and sink.

Lovely people, lovely apartments, amazing food. Highly recommend.

Rooms not cleaned for a week, towels become useless

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We enjoyed the spa. The food was very good. We enjoyed the community cats also. We will be back. Nick was a very big help to us throughout our entire stay.

Staff were nice and always made sure we felt welcome.

Beautiful resort. Definitely earned the luxury title. The pool could have been heated as we did visit in the fall, but the water was beautiful and we still swam. I noticed there was a decent amount of grime in the corners but it is such a large pool I was not too surprised. Overall this didn’t create an issues.
