This hotel is good for family vacation. Little bit old fashioned but very clean. Food is good quality delicious and diverse. Seafood is everyday. Staff is super friendly and helpful especially Giorgi with colorful ties he is responsible for meals and super guy he helped every time with my sons diet. For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

For 50 euro all inclusive is a good deal. Food is okay, free beer and drinks made of local gin and vodka. Pool water is cold, but sunshine all day long to the pool area. Parking place next to the hotel available.

Excellent first holiday as a family here. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always tried to entertain our baby too which was lovely. The hotel has perfect service. My daughter was ill during our stay and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and nice and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. They provided food service to our room and were able to help us with unexpected health situation even in the middle of the night. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our stay despite the illness.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary/honeymoon here and we could not fault our time. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Maria from the bar at Delphinia pool deserves a special mention, she went out of her way to make our time special! We will definitely be returning and trying out other Mitsis resorts

Very nice hotel and very value for money. Food was fabulous, especially in the Mediterranean Restaurant. We booked a suite and when we saw the room, we were speechless. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice. Perfect food tasty. Meet some nice people. Staff was nice to us and help fool. Pool and sea was the best along with the view. Definitely one of the better vacations we had so far. I hope we will go back again next year to enjoy some more

The hotel is located on a hill, with breathtaking view beneath it. However, first you need to climb up that hill to even get there. An option for rather younger, sturdier tourists. we had such a good time. the view was breathtaking and the beach was nearby. the food was amazing and they had a variety of dishes. the nicest people work there and everybody was super friendly. we would love to come back again. miss it already🫶🏻

Very tired hotel, sunbeds broken( if you can get one) I counted 69 ish for the whole village. Food is very good but there’s no entertainment and no bar until 18:00, so if you want to drink anything other than local beer not the place for you. Not the best all inclusive I’ve had in Greece.

Great hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking, the personnel is very kind from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, bartenders everybody! I see a lot of complaints that is on a hill, well yes but the view is absolutely amazing and the walk to the beach is short and not so challenging. I recommend this hotel, and when we will go back to Crete most certainly will book at Hersonissos Village Hotel...
