This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

Despite the name "Galazio Beach Hotel", be aware that beach beds and umbrellas are not included — you have to pay extra to use them, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping and towel replacement were only every two days. Cleanliness was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant pool area. Delicious breakfast.

Cretan Garden is situated away from the beaches. If you want to go to a good beach and enjoy Crete, you will need to rent a car, because you will find them at 30 min.-1 h away from the hotel.
