I arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour travel to find there was no hot water for shower. Over the next week, there was no hot water about half the time. All in all us was a good stay. The staff was lovely, the roons were big and comfortable, great pools, good food. However it wasn't the greatest all inclusive hotel I've been to. Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. Fine hotel, the service was great! Espacially the reception and bar / restaurant staff, shout out to you guys! The rooms are allright, bit outdated if you ask me. The shower goes warm to cold all the time, but i think thats everywhere you go in Greece. Housekeeping is not the best. Stayed at Cook’s Club and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff were extremely friendly and lovely to talk too. Check in was simple, you downloaded the cooks club app and checked in, it showed you what events were on and which days etc. You got a 22 euros credit to spend per person which I found was very handy especially with going Half Board. Lovely modern little hotel! We arrived late in the night and the recptionist gave us access to the restaurant to have late dinner! The rooms were modern and stylish! The food was perfect! We recomend this hotel 100%!!!!

Stylish hotel with new renovated rooms. The restaurant was fantastic on the top of the roof with amazing view. There were plenty of choices for food and the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Hersonissos, but just far enough to not hear the noise at night. Bus stop 21 is very close. There are road vehicle rentals nearby. There are 2! swimming pools, a pool table, nice lounging chairs in the hotel's common area. Very handy for the beach, shops and bars. Our room was quiet with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The shower was small but manageable . Staff on the most part were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel Very close to the beach but there isn't much sand this side of hersonissos. As it's near the end of season many shops/restaurants are closing so it's a more quieter environment and not too rowdy. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

First of all, the staff is amazing, they welcome you with a welcoming smile and provide excellent service. The hotel is simply charming, everything is new and lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, there is a lovely spa and a pool on the roof and it is really wow.
