Location is the best near the center as well the beach was within 5 minutes walking.the staff is friendly and ready to assist as well to help you.it was clean with good service.the pool was clean as well and i really had fun.my friends and I had a great time!

For family nice and comfy. Personal is kind and responsive. Not so far see and mountains ☺️ And shops to by souvenirs. Pool is good and there are sun loungers. You are in the midle of the Hersonissos. A lot of car rentals ti see ourself the island of Crete.

Very clean hotel with pool not crowded and also available just for hotel guest, just 5 minutes from the city. good wi fi and nice breakfast . we will visit them again maybe September . have a nice summer and wish all the best. If you come from our place , call us

The hotel is just a 3minute walk from Hersonissos downtown! The stuff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was decent, clean and the food is average but a significant value for money! On the bright side, the road of the premises is quiet and peaceful during the night!

First of all, this is a budget-friendly accommodation. I’ve been visiting Hersonissos since 1997 and this was not my first time staying at Vasso hotel (previously known as)..They’ve partially renovated the place meaning the furniture and decorations may seem a bit off. Other than that the cleaning lady did our room daily and we were provided with extra towels within the day every time we asked for...

We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. Everything we asked from the hotel staff was done immediately, for example toilet paper. The food was buffet style and you could choose from a wide variety of meats and vegetables. We were delighted!

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the bus station, supermarkets, taverns, cafés, and the town beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very close to night club, impossible to sleep if your room is turned to that side of street. Otherwise fine location, comfortable rooms, nice service.

The villa was amazing. Staff was very friendly kind and nice. Room was very clean like the whole area of villa. Location was perfect for us. It was a family hotel! Many returning guests and it was quiet and pleasant even though it was close to the heart of the city. The staff were really nice and we really only have positive feedback. We don't usually want to go back to destinations, but we would love to return here!

Located in the city centre, Main Street. Small, family business, approximately 20 rooms On a good side breakfast is included. Good value for money. AC split conditioner in the room Our room overlooked the Main Street which is very noisy so the windows must be closed. Even with that it is not sound proof Breakfast and everything else in the hotel is simply average and basic

A bang for your buck! Nice and spacious rooms, it's clean and beds are comfy. It's a central location, you have everything you need within a 100 meters. There is a free parking nearby! Staf is very polite and professional, ofent offered help and advices for local gems!

I have been here for three days and i have to reform the best for the hotel and especially the receptionist...that guy is very helpful smart and willing to make you feel more convenient and with every request.For example I had a difficulty with the room and he organized sth better with the other stuff of the hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, making sure everything was spotless.

Amazing only down point was beds to low and matress wasnt comfy,and entrance ,entertainment. After a bad experience at petra village we came here the lady was amazing i asked for 1st floor/ ground floor due to partner being pregnant and thats just what she done she helped us carry our cases up to the room and gave us the ac and a clean kettle amazing i honestly thought it was a 3 star

We spend a week end of July 2020 and we have to admit that we made the right choice. Great location right , next to the city center, very close to the beach, bus station, Bars , Clubs. Located in a quiet area to relax without noise. Staff is excellent, we got lots of info to explore crete and many hidden places... This was fine for a one night stay. But the AC was pretty dirty and the overall layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed offered no blanket, just a sheet.

We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. Central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, however not enough space or equipment for cooking if you were planning to self cater. We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants we were very impressed. This may not be modern or top notch, however the facilities are great, with all you need for a relaxing holiday.

I highly recommend Erofili apartments! I stayed there with my family and friend. Great location but the most important is that the family who owns it and their staff are extremely welcoming, caring and react quickly to any upcoming request. Nice beach get away. Shower in the sea view room was tiny and floods with every shower. WIFI was OK in the room but spotty on the balcony. Could use a few amenities like caffe or tea. owner insisted the AC stay off while you were away during the HOT day. good stuff within walking distance.

I’ve just come back from a holiday at this beautiful family run accommodation. It was such a convenient location, with friendly and caring hosts. They helped me with car rental, suggestions on where to go and checking I was ok during my stay as I was travelling on my own. Highly would recommend it as a great place to stay when visiting Crete.

On arriving at our hotel in the area and found it shockingly below standard when comparing to the tui pictures, we quickly found Irene apartments! They had one left so we booked as it was only a short walk away from the Home Hotel and have spent a very happy week here. Excellent apartments, depending on their location within the hotel. Large rooms with convenient layouts. Self-catering amenities are available. There's a large supermarket just across the street, and the sea is a 7-10-minute walk away with good access. There's another inexpensive supermarket on the way to the beach. The sea is very warm and clear.

Small, almost cozy, with large rooms and huge balconies. The linens are definitely very old—that's a downside. There are shops and stalls nearby, and a fishmonger nearby (they have the freshest seafood). We stayed here for a week — four adults and a baby. The location is great, close to the sea and just outside the busy touristy center. The pool area was calm and relaxing, and the garden was green and beautiful. Unfortunately, there was only air conditioning in the kitchen/living room, so the bedrooms got pretty warm. Sheets and towels were changed once during our stay. All in all, still a good value...

Lovely self catering apartments with a pool area. A bit dates outside but gorgeous looking from the inside with attention to detail for a relaxed stay. The location is one of the best in the area as it is literally 50 steps away from one of the best beaches of Hersonissos.
