Cosiest and most relaxing stay. Really familiar and such great hostess. Everything is so good and we love to come here again and again.

The villa was amazing. Staff was very friendly kind and nice. Room was very clean like the whole area of villa. Location was perfect for us. Close enough for everything we needed and far enough from parties etc. Food and drinks were very good. I recomend this villa if you want to relax in nice and lovely place and enjoy your holiday

It was a family hotel! Many returning guests and it was quiet and pleasant even though it was close to the heart of the city. The staff were really nice and we really only have positive feedback. We don't usually want to go back to destinations, but we would love to return here!

Hersonissos in Crete is an area renowned for noisy Brits and many other nationals letting their hair down. Water Parks, Bungie Jumps, Go Karting and mad entertainment rule. We spend a week end of July 2020 and we have to admit that we made the right choice. Great location right , next to the city center, very close to the beach, bus station, Bars , Clubs. Located in a quiet area to relax without noise. Staff is excellent, we got lots of info to explore crete and many hidden places... We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, modern, and recently updated. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to great restaurants and the beach. Great location, nice and quiet place, not too big and all the personele is very friendly … CHARMING ! Clean confortable room, good bed, we were incredibly helped by Aspa, she could give recomendations, directions and even concrete help when we lost a wallet in the public transportation. This was fine for a one night stay. But the AC was pretty dirty and the overall layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed offered no blanket, just a sheet.

We booked the Charm Hotel for 3 nights. The superior double room was clean and nice furnished. The breakfast was delicious. The staff (Katerina and Antonis) very friendly. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

Located in the city centre, Main Street. Small, family business, approximately 20 rooms On a good side breakfast is included. Good value for money. AC split conditioner in the room Our room overlooked the Main Street which is very noisy so the windows must be closed. Even with that it is not sound proof Breakfast and everything else in the hotel is simply average and basic

A bang for your buck! Nice and spacious rooms, it's clean and beds are comfy. It's a central location, you have everything you need within a 100 meters. There is a free parking nearby! Staf is very polite and professional, ofent offered help and advices for local gems!

I have been here for three days and i have to reform the best for the hotel and especially the receptionist...that guy is very helpful smart and willing to make you feel more convenient and with every request.For example I had a difficulty with the room and he organized sth better with the other stuff of the hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, making sure everything was spotless.

The hotel is excellent, very clean. The staff is too kind, and the location is perfect (you have a cafe, restaurant, souvenir shop, beach etc.)!

Amazing only down point was beds to low and matress wasnt comfy,and entrance ,entertainment. After a bad experience at petra village we came here the lady was amazing i asked for 1st floor/ ground floor due to partner being pregnant and thats just what she done she helped us carry our cases up to the room and gave us the ac and a clean kettle amazing i honestly thought it was a 3 star

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe at this hotel. Our first impression was good. It was running smoothly when we got to the rooms. There are pool facilities as well while waiting. The staff was very polite,kind and helpful. We had a chance to use the pool while waiting for the room. The room was nice and cozy. Comfortable for a family of three. The room had everything what we needed.

We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. Central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, however not enough space or equipment for cooking if you were planning to self cater. Room had air con which was a nice extra as the days were very warm. Would definitely stay again, nothing fancy but if all you are looking for is a base of operations and somewhere to sleep.

We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants we were very impressed. This may not be modern or top notch, however the facilities are great, with all you need for a relaxing holiday.

Nice beach get away. Shower in the sea view room was tiny and floods with every shower. WIFI was OK in the room but spotty on the balcony. Could use a few amenities like caffe or tea. owner insisted the AC stay off while you were away during the HOT day. good stuff within walking distance.

We only stopped for two nights as we were meeting friends who were staying elsewhere. What a good choice we made. Although simply furnished, the apartment was large with two balconies. One large enough to accommodate sun loungers and table and chairs and the other smaller was at the side of the building but still had a sea view. Well impressed. I’ve just come back from a holiday at this beautiful family run accommodation. It was such a convenient location, with friendly and caring hosts. They helped me with car rental, suggestions on where to go and checking I was ok during my stay as I was travelling on my own. Highly would recommend it as a great place to stay when visiting Crete.

On arriving at our hotel in the area and found it shockingly below standard when comparing to the tui pictures, we quickly found Irene apartments! They had one left so we booked as it was only a short walk away from the Home Hotel and have spent a very happy week here. Right on the beach front, lovely staff, very clean and fresh and a huge balcony. We love hearing the sound on the sea on wakening...

We stayed here for a week — four adults and a baby. The location is great, close to the sea and just outside the busy touristy center. The pool area was calm and relaxing, and the garden was green and beautiful. Unfortunately, there was only air conditioning in the kitchen/living room, so the bedrooms got pretty warm. Sheets and towels were changed once during our stay. All in all, still a good value...

Lovely self catering apartments with a pool area. A bit dates outside but gorgeous looking from the inside with attention to detail for a relaxed stay. The location is one of the best in the area as it is literally 50 steps away from one of the best beaches of Hersonissos.

Excellent apartments, depending on their location within the hotel. Large rooms with convenient layouts. Self-catering amenities are available. There's a large supermarket just across the street, and the sea is a 7-10-minute walk away with good access. There's another inexpensive supermarket on the way to the beach. The sea is very warm and clear.

Small, almost cozy, with large rooms and huge balconies. The linens are definitely very old—that's a downside. There are shops and stalls nearby, and a fishmonger nearby (they have the freshest seafood). A room overlooking the courtyard would be preferable; it's quieter there, but the smell of sewage can sometimes be overwhelming. Overall, it's a great budget choice; we loved it. Be prepared to have...
