During our week-long stay at Creta Maris, we had a positive experience and are looking forward to returning. It's evident that the staff at Creta Maris are dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the resort

Absolutely great resort! Great food and service The rooms are super clean; all area’s are clean and well maintained. The pools are awesome and never have to be afraid you can’t get a spot

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and beverages were delicious and easily accessible. I particularly want to commend the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the swimming pool

Would recommend to everybody; there is a lot to do for elderly, youngsters, teens families and even adults only parts of you like to get away from the kids

Hotel gym is well equipped, but it hosts local people as well which makes the weight room tight. Food - great but could be better and a wider variety. Bars and food areas located all over, big variety with great service

Ever time we asked for a dish we got it, even if they had to go out of their way to prepare. They were absolutely superb and we are sure to take that into consideration next year when we look for a place to vacate

Very big verity of food and beverages served along to day, presented on the dining halls with explanations. Great 'Kids food' corner with everything kids love. Very pleasant stuff on dining halls

I traveled with two children, aged 9. The experience at the hotel was perfect – excellent service, a wide variety of food, lots of attractions for the kids, and plenty of activities

The food was generally varied and tasty – we especially enjoyed the Cretan restaurant, which was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the Asian restaurant, which did not meet our expectations

Lyttos mare is such a beautiful hotel - the staff were so attentive and couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness & facilities! Plus the hotels steak and Asian restaurants were stunning but had to be booked during the week

We had a great stay in Lyttos Mare Hotel this October, food is quality and most variety we ever tried, Restaurant Manager George is very friendly, welcome and he has super experince in restaurants management, I can't even imagine how he is handling

The production was captivating, the actors were incredibly talented, and the staging and costumes were stunning. Every moment was filled with creativity, humor, and charm

Awesome place Fantastisk hotell. It was like staying in a little village, they had everything inside the perimeter. shops, outdoor activities, playgrounds pools for the kids. Beautiful view to the sunset/sunrise

Fantastic facilities and great options for all ages. Food quality is fantastic and the main restaurant has themed nights to keep it varied. Most of the food is also cooked fresh in open kitchens which is great

Staff were great although the bar staff were always stretched resulting in long queues. Water park area is fantastic. The option of an indoor pool in low season also great if the weather is not great

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The hotel is sublime. It's a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

i would have liked more entertainment ( during the day and night) so i could come next time with my teenagers kids next time, but this is what make this place extra quiet

They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience

Let me explain, in hotels I've scored higher previously, you get a good night and good morning from reception when walking past, here there was none of that, we stayed here for 10 nights and had the same drinks almost all the time, at other hotels the staff remember you and your order here this just didn't happen

Food Ok, again nothing special but nothing to complain about either, managed to get something to eat at every meal but nothing stood out as being amazing, there could be long queues for the fresh cooked station in the evening and also at the cold drink station at breakfast

Rooms Ours was modern, clean and adequately sized with a refrigerator and safe so no real complaints, the shower was nice and the beds comfortable, the only odd thing was having the sink next to the next to the bed instead of in the bathroom but this didn't bother us

I like a workout with weights when I'm on holiday, the gym is terrible free weights only go up to 5kg, there is a multi gym machine but to be honest its really poor, if you lift weights and like a workout on your holiday this gym is not adequate

It's just little things like this that make the difference for me. However there were two women who did feel like they made the extra effort to say hello Efi and Bianca

Location Location is great 5 minute walk from the beach and the ***** with several supermarkets only 2 minutes away

A beautiful hotel , in a really nice quiet setting ! Food was amazing but the staff is what made the trip exceptional , so friendly and will do anything to make you feel welcome ! Eva and the rest of then service time i can't thank enough ! Would 100% recommend and return

Food is great and is always fresh, Eva in the restaurant was always super friendly and she couldn't do enough for you, chef is wonderful and everyone was always smiling and willing to please to make your holiday special

Swimming pools cold as expected but nice and clean able to get drinks from 11am until 11pm good entertainment in the evenings Can’t fault the place and will come back very soon

I would say I can't understand some of the bad reviews people have left for this hotel as we had 9 nights here and no problems and we're been treated very well during our stay

The whole team at mediterraneo work incredibly hard from the cleaning staff through to the animation team. Would I come here again? Most definitely

We recently had the pleasure of returning for our second stay, and it was every bit as delightful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home

Also, there were many large pools across spread across different zones with hundreds of sunbeds and dedicated bars around these pools

The scuba instructor was… let’s say not always the most customer centric. Not a hotel staff but they sub contracted

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

The food is exceptionally good and everyone in the staff is very friendly. It's a beautiful resort with lots of comfortable sunbeds around the pools. There is animation but not too late and not too loud

We arrived late at night and missed having wine or beer in the fridge, although it was stocked daily with water. The hotel offers several restaurants, and reservations can easily be made through an app

The sushi was perfect I ordered the same thing everyday! The hotel grounds truly breath taking with the sunset views. They gave us a free room upgrade with a plunge pool. Service and staff were so friendly and helpful

As good as always, but unfortunately the hotel facilities are a bit old, especially the swimming pool, which is not so amazing.

Dreamy! This was an amazing stay. The rooms are so beautiful and cozy, with everything one would need and more. The food was incredible! We ate at three restaurants and they were all outstanding

We also used the fitness center and spa and enjoyed both. The massages were relaxing and perfect for the atmosphere here. The beach and pool chairs are nice as well, with gorgeous views and decent beach access

The hotel is great, but the service is amazing. The water are good and the beach is great, food is good but use the menu instead of the open buffet, it had great things like pesto pasta and grilled meat

A special mention to George in the restaurant who is just one of those welcoming and helpful people that makes your holiday very special. He’s worked there for 25 years and could not do enough for our family

There is a pool, a spa and a gym! Many activities to participate, and try the yoga class with Maria, a beautiful soul! Definitely recommend and definitely iam coming back :)

Just back from a ten day stay at Grand Hotel. Super clean rooms and dining areas. Pool areas power hosed every morning and then mopped by the very hard working cleaners

Excellent choice of food in main restaurant and vegetarians catered for at all times. Desserts delicious and plenty of choice compared to many other all inclusive hotels that I’ve stayed in

They both got to use the jacuzzi and pool while my treatment was ongoing. They both loved the experience. Thank you so much for looking after us so well

An outstanding gentleman and a huge asset to Grand Hotel! Mary Ann and Hannah were also exceptional restaurant staff and so friendly and helpful

They explained everything to us and were very helpful! We stayed in room 152 which was above the Filamena restaurant. The room was very spacious with the teenagers one end and the adults at the other

We had two bathrooms, which was awesome and also a partial sea view which we wasn't expecting. Unfortunately there is a downside to the rooms and that is the paper thin walls

They are so kind, they are professional, they are so welcoming and they are just happy to help you. The village is beautifully made but the staff working in there make it even special. We will definitely go back there!

Not the hotels fault but didn't help us on the sleep front! We literally spent most of our time by the pool at the Filamena. We didn't have to get up early for a sunbed as there were plenty

The transfer from the airport was roughly 20 minutes which was great! We were then greeted by lovely reception staff

Life guards were on duty in all pool areas which was reassuring. Location and sea views from our room were amazing especially early morning sun rise was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Everything was just fine, I had a grate hollidays in the hotel. The room was clean, food was nice and fresh and the hotel stuff friendly... only in the breach you need special shoes to get into the water.

Getting a massage at this spa was really nice. Emma was my masseuse, and you can tell she's an expert, and her massage was very relaxing. I'd definitely go back again!

Rafel and Emma - fantastic experience my daughters first massage and the staff where fantastic. All tension was take put of our backs. Great team and experience.

Emma did a very good massage I relaxed really I recommend her she was really pleasant and kind and she help me to relax really well

Food, I think - 4, because sometimes meat was really too tough and untasty, but we always could find something for ourselves. There was always enough food, even if you go at the end of lunch

If anyone is actually reading this review, I would propose to place a sign that sunbeds can't be reserved. Not everyone is there at the same time. Another splution could be baskets for towels and personal belongings

The pools were renovated and look amazing!! There aren't enough sunbeds for everyone and many guests seem to "reserve" sunbeds by simply placing their towels on top for the whole day

Put up a sign explaining the purpose of the baskets and that sunbeds cannot be reserved. The staff in the whole hotel was extremely friendly, understanding and competent

Add a basket near each umbrella, if the sunbeds aren't occupied but there are towels and personal things on them, people can put them in the basket and use the sunbeds

Overall I would recommend the hotel and the whole experience. It is a very beautiful hotel, the beach was wonderful and so was the surrounding area

Yes I admit, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel but I have just come back from a week staying there and I couldn’t fault it. We arrived late to the hotel and food had been saved for us which was lovely

The only downside is that the hotel is closed from November to April, but we are already looking forward to returning next year

The lady who checked me in was super friendly and l liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece

I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk

That might be my best experience so far. Friendly and kind stuff and delicious food! The dinner experience is fantastic. Every day we got new surprises like wine tasting or even national dance performance

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

The adult only pool looked nice a quiet. The staff are all so friendly and always smiling, from the waiters to the gardener. The maids are absolutely gems, the room was always spotless, even with 2 teens

We booked the beach transfer one day, and we hired a car from the hotel for 3 days, which was a similar price to any car rental place. The car park is a little dicey though, as it’s a building site

We stayed her for 10 nights as a family of 4, half board. The hotel is beautiful, really unique and pretty, especially on a night when it is all lit up. The pool area is nice but does get busy

The hotel is in a wonderful area, would definitely recommend Koutouloufari, a charming little village with lots of lovely bars, restaurant and shops

The bars nice, with a wide range of drinks, entertainment on daily. The food was good, always a choice of fish/ meat, potato’s and salads

We have just had the most incredible days staying at Esperides Resort. From the moment we arrived, all staff were outstanding

Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor! TV mainly in German with some French and Italian - no English

Excellence at work The management and staff made this one of the most memorable experiences we have had in a hotel,the chef Petros was amazing his food some of the best we have had this accompanied by the wait staff Tonya,Evi,Manos and Soula who could not have been more helpful

There was entertainment during the day and evening but during the day entertainment were repetitive, so I think that could do with some adjustments to make overall experience better
