Pros-The location of the hotel is in walking distance to lots or restaurants, shopping areas and it's easy to catch a cab outside the gate. The food is good! Wonderful weeks break, the hotel location is a short walk into Stalis and on the beach. Plenty of pools to relax for adults or spend quality time with kids if a family. Particular highlights was the Oinos wine bar, spar and Karos in an evening with great entertainment for all

An absolutely relaxing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was incredibly friendly (Full Body and Face Massage and Mask done by Pantelis), and everything was spotless.

Our second time staying here, the fact we came back should say it all. This hotel is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond for you and the private beach is heaven. I slept amazing every night and didn’t hear a peep.

I arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour travel to find there was no hot water for shower. Over the next week, there was no hot water about half the time. This is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The food and staff are good. The internet drops off often. Shower head was cracked and water would just pour in.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks

Porto Greco Village was a good and clean hotel with many possibilities and friendly staff. Located on the side of Hersonissos and no noice in our room, maybe also because I think the rooms werre not fully booked. We had the all-inclusive formule: food was very diverted, only bad is that warm food was not really warm, what many times is a problem with all-inclusive formula's.
