The hospitality was superb! The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The location perfect and the owners were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend it.

Located close to the Lighthouse harbour, in a quiet street, the accommodation was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Our amazing host, Idomeneas, gave us a map, with recommendations on restaurants, bars, sites, shops, etc. He also organized our shuttle from the airport, and back again. Highly recommended and we'll definitely book Hanim Boutique Hotel again!

We stayed at a maisonette with 2 levels, upstairs has the 2 BR & downstairs has the kitchen & jacuzzi. The place has 2 bathrooms, perfect for my family of 4. The place is very clean with all the necessary toiletries provided & daily maid service. The owner Idomeneas & his staff were very accommodating & such nice people. The place itself is perfect because it’s in the heart of old town, yet it’s in the quite side of the town. We’d definitely go back again.

The Hanim proved to be absolutely perfect for our short stay in Chania. Located in the old town it was convenient for everything, bars, restaurants, shops, the harbour, the list goes on. The hotel itself is nestled in lovely side street and boasts a very high standard of accommodation following the latest renovations that were carried out. Staff were super pleasant and full of information regarding the city with nothing too much trouble. All in all for us the Hanim could not have worked out better hence the 5 star review.

We booked a week at the Hanim as it had great reviews. We had such a great week. The room was excellent with everything that you need, and was cleaned daily during our stay. The location is excellent. Idomeneas Went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, he helped us book restaurants and trips. If your thinking of staying in Chania this is the perfect place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located in beautiful Chania. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Idomeneas provided exceptional service by assisting with restaurant reservations, recommendations for museums and other activities, and arranging transportation to the port. He even called us to make sure we reached our destination on time. I highly recommend the hotel for its convenience and outstanding service. What a wonderful stay we recently had. Idomeneas was a fantastic host. He recommended great restaurants and organised the bookings so we received great treatment. He also organised seamless transfers. The room itself was gorgeous with 2 bedrooms and a rooftop. Our family of 4 had an amazing time! Thank you so much!!

Wow! I just want to give a big thank you to Idomeneas the owner. He has made our trip a dream instead of a complete nightmare. We arrived on a late Sunday afternoon- the first destination of our island hopping- and was faced with a perplexed Idomeneas. For some reason our booking which we prepaid and confirmed by the travel agent was not there!!! We were in shock and due to the time difference was not able to contact the travel agent. We were left with nowhere to go. The hotel was booked out and we had nowhere else to go. Idomeneas was kind and wonderful and offered us the last room- a 2 story suite- at cut cost. It was lovely and spacious with a full kitchen and jacuzzi. We could relax and enjoy our time in Chania despite the epic stuff up which I had to sort out. The hotel is right in the Old Town and an easy walk to the Venetian port and even to the Chania bus stop when we had to go to Heraklion. I cannot thank Idomeneas enough. I hope one day I can return and stay in the suite again.

Wonderful small boutique hotel on a quiet but very pretty street in the Old Town. Location was fantastic. We spent 7 nights , 3 in room 400 with the roof top terrace and 4 in Room 100 an extra spacious 2 bed 2 floor apt. Both were wonderful, clean and beautifully decorated to a high standard. Actually preferred room 100 for me and my 3 daughters. Ido and all of the staff were very helpful with excellent trip and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

AMAZING location!!! Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, easy check in and clean rooms. Location was 10/10 would highly recommend! Great value for the money.

This is a beautiful little hotel in the historic center of Chania, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, and my room was spacious and beautifully maintained. I had a small balcony overlooking the square and the church and it was the perfect place to have my morning coffee and get ready for the day.

I arrived on a late-night flight (which was also delayed), but someone from the hotel stayed in touch with me through Whatsapp the whole time. When I finally got there, they were waiting for me, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff in a superb location for exploring the old town. Everyone was very hospitable and generous which was deeply appreciated. Family ran so you can make a personable connection with the people and place.

Really nice hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the balcony right into old town, you will feel the jealousy of bystanders as you sip your raki / coffee from the balcony.

The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.

Service was excellent throughout.

Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. The cafe next door had 3 great live music gigs in a row, they would stop at 11.00pm. Everyone very nice and polite. Would stay here again.
