The hosts are very lovely and kind. The pool and the apartment are very clean and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

We spent one week in this wonderful place. The hotel is even better in reality and owners are very discret and lovely. If you are looking for a typical and authentic cretan house, peaceful and beautiful place and a one-of-a-kind swimming pool, this is it! Apartments are really well-decorated and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace is a must. Last but not least, the room is cleaned on a daily basis with lots of care and attention to details. Thank you for such a wonderful stay !

The perfect spot for Crete. Close to Chania, close to all the nice beaches (I recommend Elafonissi / Falassarna / Kalethas / Stavros). Not to far from Rhetymno (don't miss it!) The hosts are amazing, the house and compound is beautiful with rich history, perfect pool, several apartments that are very well maintained with old greek charm. Could not recommend enough, and it's also comparetively affordable. Perfect place to stay if you're staying in crete!

I had a lovely stay here on my own - beautiful area around the pool, calm and quiet to enjoy my books. Apartment was clean and cool with a nice outside area. Thank you for such a lovely time in Crete.

We visited thr place of family Georgila August 2023. The grannies endured that the pool was picobello clean 08:00 am. We had quality time and enjoyed the place very much!

A peaceful and delightful haven run by a discrete and helpful elderly couple. Beautiful and roomy apartments with garden and pool. Well-equipped. No children's pool so more suited to adults and older children who can swim, but there is a playing corner in the garden for small children. Kitchen with microwave and cooker. Possible to handwash clothes and dry on rack on terrace, or speak to the host for the use of a washing machine. Plenty of sunbeds available at the pool, with cushioned mattresses to put on them. Necessary to have a rental car, as it's quite a walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Excellent, comfortable Tempur mattresses!

Great experience!!! We stayed at Metohi Georgila with my family for vacation! So clean and friendly house! Feel like home ! Our kids enjoyed it so much! Highly recommended! We will come back for sure next year !

Loved my stay here. Would return.
Two couples sharing the great Tikita apartment quite comfortably we enjoyed everything the nice friendly and accommodating host offered. Just don't tell them we sneaked a very tasty pomegranate from the tree.
Good economical location for going in any direction on day trips.
