The perfect place to relax and spend a quality time. Very close to supermarket, restaurants and beaches. The staff is amazing and very welcoming.

First time in Crete and we had a blast at this hotel :) Pros- 1. Wide selection of delicious Cretan food served at breakfast & dinner buffet 2. Friendly, smiling & accomodating hotel staff 3. Well decorated exterior- especially the garden & pool, really enjoyed taking photos 4. The staff will just let you leave your bags if your transfer is late in the night and you needed to check out already. They even will let you use the pool and the public toilet & shower Cons- 1. No wifi connection in the room 2. No toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste- so remember to bring some with you 3. No coffee & tea- but there’s kettle if you buy your own coffee & tea 4. Ac- broke down during our last night Overall, I can recommend this hotel for people who are flexible to the cons and not get easily disappointed, and must have a positive outlook like us :) I am writing here just for a full & honest review to help others out there who wants to know more 🫶🏻 Hope this review helps! ❤️

Outdated poor quality music plays really loud until midnight. Playing on speakers for a tiny cafe space - absolutely unnecessary and ILLEGAL in Greece after 10 pm.
Went to speak to them - no change. Zero consideration for those that want to rest.

Potential to be better exploited.
Hotel with potential. Large rooms. Firm mattresses, but you can feel the springs. It would be better to have a mattress topper. No hot water 2 days out of 3 around 5 p.m.... Acceptable breakfast. Very nice pool. Quiet.

We stayed at this property in Matala from 2 to 10 September, in room 19 (2 adults and 1 child). The hotel is very simple, in an excellent position to go to both the beach and the centre of Matala, and there is a very pleasant swimming pool. Our room was spacious and nice with a basic and repetitive breakfast. We had an unpleasant experience, as we had deposited our documents and cash in the safety deposit box (lockable), from which unfortunately €600 was stolen, €350 from my wallet and €250 from my husband's. We have been going on holiday to Crete in this area for years, for the first time in this hotel that we did not know, but nothing like this had ever happened to us. We returned very disappointed and bitter, €600 is not a trifle....

If you are looking for a hotel with a great restaurant, don't go there because the cuisine is "basic". The breakfasts are simple. On the other hand the hotel is very pleasant, a little away from the road and not too far from the sea by taking the shortcut. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom The swimming pool is good and it There are shaded corners. The staff is discreet and friendly. It's not the factory because there aren't too many rooms
