Beautiful hotel with stunning ground and excellent pools. Great location with easy walk / drive to the local village of Gennadi for excellent restaurants. Rooms and beds were absolutely 5*

This is not a typical guest impression — this is a professional and honest review from someone who worked here in 2022 in Guest Relations, at the Reception desk, and as a hostess in the main restaurant

No signs of wear — everything looks and feels cared for. Housekeeping works accurately and attentively, just like I remember from my time here. Dining High service standards, organized and calm team, good food quality

Staff & Hotel Culture I was happy to see many familiar staff members still working here — and some who have grown into higher positions. This says a lot about the atmosphere, management, and the hotel’s values

A special highlight: Tasos, my former manager, arranged a complimentary dinner in the Greek à-la-carte taverna and a bottle of excellent wine. A thoughtful, personal touch that I truly appreciate

Staff here are trained and supported, and it reflects in guest experience. Conclusion I have seen this hotel from two sides — as part of the staff and now as a guest

The pools are great, especially when the sea is agitated. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is that nearby is a refinery which pollutes the air very much

Very friendly staff and a nice room with a garden view. Good breakfest, nothing too fancy, but nothing to complain about it, it keeps you full until your next gyros in the afternoon

The closest beach is Theologos Beach with good wind and waves for kitesurfing and other water sports. Also you must go and have a sit at the at the Cantina Smaragdi

The lady that owns it is one of the most kind and nice person I've ever met and has a delicious food (we've tried pork souvlaki and a lot of frappes)

One thing that must be mentioned at Sabina Hotel is that they have a tax for air conditioning (5e/night), which you can pay at the beginning or at the end of your stay

You will have a very special commitment from every member of staff, from the cleaners, reception, restaurant, bar and owners of the hotel. We are already planning our next stay at this Superb hotel

The hotel also had 3 pools, one for children with a children’s slide and one not too deep where they did water activities and one which was quite deep. Many sunbeds too so no fighting over sunbeds

This was perfect for me as my husband snores, so I often slept in the spare single bed! The hall ways got very loud on some nights, with girls knocking and banging on doors, screaming and shouting etc, but we cannot blame the hotel for this

Plenty of cocktails to choose from. I got quite drunk on the first night, but I did have a fair few! I can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it. We were out all day until about dinner time

We cannot comment on the entertainment as we were usually in our rooms quite early. There are lifts to the rooms for people who are not good with stairs! It was out of season but still quite busy

You will always find something you like. My only issue was that the food wasn't really hot, even when it just opens. More warm, but definitely not complaining. The all inclusive alcohol was ok

If you weren't down for dinner within an hour of them opening, you'd struggle to get a table inside. The evenings were a bit chilly, so we just made sure we were down there when it opened

We especially loved the large balcony, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely warm Greek nights. The small pool area was a peaceful oasis

We had a fantastic stay at 7 palms. Room was great Very clean and daily maid service. Large shower and air con worked perfectly. Outdoor pool was spot on for a quick dip with sunbeds and parasol

The bed was excellent, the air conditioners worked very well. The pool was a nice refresher as it was very hot during our stay. We were close enough to the Old Town & the beaches to walk

The air-conditioning was strong but quiet. Modern shutters blocked out the sun and any road noise. The modern bathroom was spotless and came with all the toiletries we needed. Nive large shower with great water pressure

The check-in process was a breeze, even after hours, which made our very late arrival stress-free. Our room was an absolute delight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night

The pool is nice , a little cold but refreshing. The entertainer is the best part of your stay ,he really loves his job ! We liked him very much

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel staff deserves great appreciation, especially the bartender Michaella and barman Moi, who were always smiling, helpful, and created a pleasant atmosphere at the bar

This hotell is worth all the money. The rooms are great and modern, but the matresses maybe should have been little better. The staff are the most kind personal in the world

Only five suites, so no scrum for the freshly cooked breakfasts, with very attentive and friendly staff (and cat). Our room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend

Nice location, 15-20 minutes from the old town, but lively with plenty of dining and drinking options – yet down a quiet alley

As first timers to Rhodes she provided lots of ideas and we certainly agree the days out in Symi and Lindos was a great suggestion. Katarina and the rest of the team prepare a good value breakfast which was delicious

Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard

My wife and I stayed at Efchi for 10 days and had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor next to a quiet side street, we had very few issues with noise

There were lots of nice restaurants in the area including some great options for vegetarians like us and only a short walk to the port and old town

Price/performance is acceptable. I would expect more variety of fresh fruit. Within a few kilometers walk the town is a nice place for shopping but the beach was not that good

You will hardly find a place for your towel among those sun beds and the staff at the beach becomes unhappy if you don't buy anything from them helping Greek economy

But what it does have : 2 wonderful clean swimming pools

Some of the reviews I've read are true, but some are not! It isn't local to anything, if you are expecting a shopping centre next door and a beach, plus nightlife. If you have hired a car or willing to grab a taxi

The food was edible and filled me up. There is something for everyone. If you want better, pay more and go elsewhere. One night was a BBQ night and it was pretty awesome. I had so much food I couldn't eat it all

Had 2 weeks in the hotel with my family. Hotel is family run and everyone could not have been nicer. We had such a laugh especially at the pool bar. My daughter Mia will now always be known as Lamb Chops lol

Went here recently with my boyfriend, pool area and around the hotel was so pretty and actually a lot nicer than the pictures shown online so was pleasantly surprised! Was never too busy so there was always free sunbeds throughout the day

Considering that this breakfast effectively costs €15, it is certainly not worth the money. On a positive note, the pool area was very nice and not crowded at all

Bus stops were right outside the hotel which took you into the local towns! Staff was so lovely and helpful and even went the extra mile to send back my teddy I forgot there all the way back to England! Had such a lovely time!

Although dinner offered a choice between two meals, the food was predominantly fried or baked, with no cooked options, and did not seem particularly fresh. This unfortunately led to some digestive discomfort

The breakfast was even more disappointing, consisting of two slices of ham, two slices of cheese, two pieces of toast, and a small, stale croissant with a few jams

The hotel was spotless and well maintained, with a lovely pool area that was peaceful and never too crowded. My room was comfortable, cleaned regularly, and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay

The location was ideal, quiet and safe, but still within walking distance of the beach, shops, and some great local tavernas. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied enough that I always looked forward to mealtimes

What really stood out for me was the warm, family-run atmosphere. Even though I was travelling solo, I never felt out of place, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and a part of the family

Hotel Tsampika gave me the perfect base for exploring Rhodes, and I am returning again. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those travelling alone who want a friendly and relaxed environment

There are lot of sunbeds around the pool and lot of tables for eating as well, so the place is really comfortable to stay around the hotel during the day

I stayed at Hotel Tsampika in Rhodes during my first solo trip, and it turned out to be the perfect choice

very good service with alwasys smiling faces. we come here every year and we are so happy being here. it is close to Bar Street and most of the restaurants and shops for shopping. sea is just a walking distance

But my recent Thai massage at Evridiki Spa in the Lindia Costa Hotel, Lardos, was simply the best I have ever had! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully scented, and perfectly prepared for relaxation

Amazing spa with extraordinary jacuzzi and all the girls were wonderful. Angelina and Lek did an amazing massage and facial for me and my boyfriend. Highly recommend for your memorable vacation!

Lovely hotel and staff were so kind and attentive. Nice little town outside the hotel as well. Tommy and his Entertainment staff were brilliant as was Maria and her catering staff

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September and begginig of October and had a brilliant ecperience. The staff was very kind and helpful, food was great and there was quiet a variety at the bufet each day

The excursion to Rhodes Old Town is well worth doing. A short coach ride away, this beautiful medieval city was fascinating to explore and offers some great eating out options

The rooms are clean and functional, although being located at the back of reception, we were subjected to early morning techno and evening pumping house from the workout area

Food is plentiful, and varied, the buffet style eating means food does not stay hot, and eating later in the sitting meant a quieter dining room, but even colder food

What a relaxing stay! First of all my requests were accommodated before I arrived, late check in, late check out and since I have allergies I had hypoallergenic pillows and bedding also the room was sparkly clean every day! The swimming pool small but adequate and quiet as it is at the back of the hotel

The walls were a bit thin as our room was located on a corner close by the stairwell and elevator, so keep that in mind when booking! The pool was also nice, a little small, but it wasn’t crowded at all during our stay so it was perfect

It wasn’t just a bit of noise it was actually so loud I couldn’t sleep anymore, the noise stopped around 9:30am. The rest of the hotel: The pool is lovely although a bit cold

Pool facilities looked good but we didn't use them as there was limited sun and no sun shades. Breakfast was noisy and quite cramped and the selection limited, not what we had experienced at a similar local hotel

Great hotel, really nice location. The shops, restaurants and the beach are all close by. The rooms were very nice, clean and housekeeping cleaned daily

Summerland is a cheap and a very good 3-star hotel. The rooms and common areas are very clean, the staff are genuinely kind and always ready to assist, and the large pool with ample sunbeds is perfect for lazy days

The hotel is very clean, lovely big pool, air conditioning, WiFi, a selection of foods and drinks for breakfast and the prices are very good. We’re already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here again

It was a good stay. Good view from my room. Staffs have good attitude, pool is cute, room is tidy but shower a bit shabby. Staffs give good recommendations on local areas, trust them.

It’s best to rent a car to explore all the attractions of the island, and the hotel offers a lot of on-site parking, which is very convenient

My friend and I stayed here in June 2025. The staff here are so friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us

Right the surrounding area is like the Gaza strip absolutely nothing here apart from a couple of restaurants and a 45 minute walk to the village over a busy duel carriageway which is nice enough plenty of restaurants and a few bars

They helped with everything we needed – including arranging transportation to the airport – and took care of so many little details that you just don’t get at big hotels. It truly felt like staying with friends

The hotel itself is nice and friendly staff however sort your food out it is stone cold and repetitive

AFANDOU Blu Hotel was the highlight of our holiday, all thanks to Yannis and his amazing family. When our trip was nearly ruined, Yannis truly was an angel, saving the day with unmatched hospitality and warmth

The rooms are OK size, no problem with water, also the aircondition is available in each of the rooms (independent settings) - perfect during hot days :-) Swimming pool cleaned every day - always clean, no problem to get the sunbeds

This combined with uncomfortable bedding meant we slept poorly. Fresh bedding and towels provided on 3rd day. Good shallow kids pool and family pool but no lifeguards present here

Every minute of our stay was great. We were treated by an unbelievable way. Both, the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant serve meals that are value for money with high quality

Small, silent ideal relax place. with delicious foods and high quality services. We were on the same place for 10 times during last 15 years. So I think I feel there like home

Lots of clean sunbeds, tables/chairs, lovely tree shaded decked area with bean bags, toilets, shower & change area by the pool and beautiful established trees all around the site

The pool was great, always plenty of sun loungers, lovely poolside bar, had no problems with the rooms, did not see one cockroach or cricket, the breakfast was super tasty and had plenty of options! My mum has allergies and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my mum always had something that she could eat for breakfast

The standard room was basic, a bit old fashioned especially the bathroom but it was clean (maids came in every day), absolutely loads of storage, very comfy bed, powerful hot shower, small criticism not enough plug sockets (none by the bed), no phone/wifi service in the room, but fine by the pool & in the hotel bar

We opted for a standard room, we paid £26 (for 4 nights) on Jet 2 to upgrade to a pool view, we could have paid an extra £26 for a superior room (worth doing as it’s €40/night if you do it at reception)

They even ordered in gluten free bread for her and dairy alternative milks! The staff were so lovely, I actually miss them quite a lot! George and Dimitri who work the bar were always so friendly and chatty and we loved having a drink in the evening at the bar, they made great cocktails and are genuinely lovely people

George kindly showed us the superior rooms on the 2nd, 3rd floors, really nice and we would upgrade next time, be aware not all the bathroom ‘glass walls’ in the superior rooms have a frosted privacy panel – worth emailing the hotel before arrival if that’s an issue

8 km from Rhodes airport so is directly on the flight path. Didn’t bother us but might irritate some people. We did not find any small Greek tavernas locally

Simple rooms but it's exactly what you pay for. The staff is very nice from house keeping to servers

The room was really good…everything you would want it to be and a balcony overlooking the sea - we were happy! Loved the pool…it was never busy which was great

We had a fantastic view from our room, 315 looking across the sea to the Turkish coast and below to the well-kept garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was superb with a large choice of continental and cooked food

My wife asked if there was gluten free bread available and the lady working breakfast said no but asked how long we were staying. The next day the lady came with a package of gluten free bread

The owners, Zachi and George could not have been more helpful and all the staff were so kind. The poolside bar was well-stocked where we were able to buy a range of snacks and meals

The hotel was really really nice, the facilities and rooms are in such good condition and the staff are so friendly as well as the manager ‘moss’ who is a lovely lady and happy to help you whenever you need

Pool was comfortable temperature and clean and always a spot with shade available. Close to beach 4 minute walk (I recommend going to see the sunset) and near high standard traditional restaurants

The hotel is nice, fresh colors and the cleaning is perfect - very perfect indeed. The poolarea was a bit small, but cosy. I also find the service from the staff outstanding. I felt at home, away from hotel

Rooms got cleaned daily, breakfast was tasty, pool area was nice and the hotel area had adorable kittens roaming around. One minus point for a broken tv and stained shower curtain

The cleanliness was excellent, the only negative was the towels, which are quite old and frayed, and they also need replacing. The bathroom was newer and cleaner, with a hairdryer and basic necessities
