Everything about this hotel was primitive and there is no single chair in the room , the bathroom very primitive like you have a hotel in cave. The only thing was excellent about this hotel was real you view and breakfast was very good.

The location is convenient, right next to the bus station. It wasn't noisy from the street at night, but there was some noise from what sounded like an air conditioner or generator.

However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Such a lovely time at Callia. Beautiful, spacious suites with plunge pools and very close walking distance to Fira. Breakfast very good! Christos was an amazing host and treated us like family. Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying. We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out. Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

About a km walk (about 15 mins) from the main bus station - we didn't realise that there was a bus stop just outside Maria's place that we could have used. The breakfast here was amazing, the golden sultanas steeped in honey along with walnuts on top of Greek yoghurt was to die for. The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

Kind and attentive host, also before arrival he organized the transfer from the airport to the property and answered all questions daily via email. Very good and varied breakfast. It's the best choice if you need to live your holiday in relaxing mood.

My mum and I just came back from one of the loveliest holiday´s we ´ve ever been on. And that is also thanks to the Hotel and its staff. We have been told that Arion bay was the luxurious 3 star hotel in Kamari and It turned out to be quite true. It´s right on a beach, very nicely situated.
