Great quiet location near a great beach and plenty of bars and restaurants

Clean and nice Hotel was clean and nice. Location was near Kamari, just 10-15 min walk. There was not any good pool bar open and breakfast was quite small but still ok.

They are slow refilling the dishses. The location is very convenient and not far from the beach

A great place to stay with family. It is a clean place with a pool and a garden and is walking distance to Kamara beach which has many restaurants and beach activities. It seemed to be a family-run business

Pool area had shaded areas, change area, bathroom and outside shower. Breakfast came included and was great. Room was clean as was the hotel area. 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants

We stayed at stelios place for a week and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The location is perfect, not even a minutes walk from the sea front with a large choice of bars, restaurants and activities to choose from

Would recommend a car as it’s a bit out of the way but great location to scoot around the island as well. Kitchen space is small but enough fridge room to store picky bits and some beer/wine etc

Definitely for someone/ couples or family looking for a relaxing break. Views are breathtaking 😍 and it is so quiet Tip: A heated pool or hot tub is recommended as it’s a beautiful spot to sit out at night time

The staff were attentive and saw to our every need, booking trips, arranging dinner reservations and taxis. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace and the staff called to say it had been delivered

Lithi is a charming boutique hotel experience! Our family of four prefers to stay a bit off the beaten path and away from large crowds. We also love a separate sleeping space for adults vs kids

Amazing resort. we really enjoy the view and the luxury service. Attentive staff, great breakfast. we had a wonderful tive in our private pool with aview to the sea.

Likewise, prepare yourself for the windy steep road (highly recommend renting an automatic… trying to drive a manual shift would be taxing after one zip up the road)

The hotel location is perfect - facing the famous Caldera and Aegean Sea; a market is just a few steps away in case you want to grab a bottle of water; we stayed in room #3, it’s off the road but not too far, so we didn’t hire a porter to carry our luggage to our room; and breakfast was great

She even helped us with the bed situation without being asked. The following days, hotel staff Ioannis helped us with a few requests - airport transfer, restaurant reservation, and best spots for sightseeing

The first night we arrived very late - past 9 pm due to the late flight, hotel staff Popi waited for us, she helped us filled out our breakfast order for next morning, then showed us the room

This hotel is great value, I paid £670 for 3 nights but with the most stunning balcony over the caldera. Couldn’t see the sun fully setting but you get the whole ambience still

My friend and I went Santorini for the first time this October, we stayed in Strogili traditional homes for 3 nights, it was a super lovely experience there

Rooms are cosy but still has everything we need, hot water was a challenge though! Pool was a couple mins walk from the accommodation, not a problem

We had an excellent view of the famous Santorini sunset. We would sit on our chairs, sipped on our wine and watch the most spectacular performance of the setting sun. The room was clean, it had everything we needed

This hotel is the best location on Santorini. Oia is a fun little village of many stairs. The hotel manager Chris is very accommodating and knowledgeable on his recommendations

After gulping down the orange juice (was it orange?)they offered while checking in (God, we needed it! The private villas can get a little noisy with visitors ignoring the guest only sign and the pool side a little crazy in the late afternoon depending on guests, but hey we are all here in Santorini for some fun :)

Our check in process was seamless, took 5 minutes and were given complimentary champagne when we arrived. Staff carried luggage from the airport shuttle to the room, down and bunch of stairs

This is totally reasonable, and the transfer staff were in the arrivals at the airport with a big sign. Driver was super friendly and provided water as soon as we got in the shuttle

The hotel is nice, you have your space and privacy. The material and the furniture and not casual but maybe a liiiitle maintenance is missing. All the small details that are not "exceptional" are compensated by George

If you want a super clean view of sunset you can locate directly in Fira or Oià we still had the beautiful colors of sunset and sunrise

We chose this hotel since we were located between Fira and Oià since we wanted to visit both

The views were unreal (sunsets from the balcony were next level) and the location was perfect as it was just a short, scenic walk to Fira

I visited with a friend and it was a perfect break. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast is very good with several options

Breakfast was excellent with even cooked items such as eggs, bacon etc. Cool marble stones don’t burn your feet! Sunbeds are very comfy and towels are provided. The whole grounds are landscaped beautifully

She works tirelessly to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Nothing is to much trouble and her knowledge of Santorini is second to none! She’s an absolute star. It’s a lovely family run apartment complex

It was great in terms of location and convenience. Right next to multiple bus stops, had restaurants, shopping, and mini marts within walking distance, and right next to a beach. The hotel itself though was just average

Tristhenia hotel is in a good location for Perissa beach, as well as being opposite the bus stop and within a short walk of the beginning of the hike to Ancient Thera

Was offered a new room right away until they cleaned the room, but found ants in the new room too. Otherwise the pool area was smaller than we thought and the pressure in the shower was very poor

Our luggage was taken down the hill to the hotel for us by the porter 👍 Cold guest towels were provided and a chilled glass of sparkling wine on check in ( great start ) When we got to our suite ( Avaton suite ) there was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a basket of fresh fruit ( nice touch ) The warm indoor pool and jacuzzi was a great welcome addition after a long day walking

The hotel is in a lovely quiet location with very easy access onto the caldera coastal path to walk to Fira ( about 30 mins) or to Oia (about 2 hours) and close to some very lovely places to eat

They organised restaurant bookings for us and the couples massage was the best treatment we have ever had! Convenient location for strolling into Fira of an evening, when it was cooler

As the outdoor pool was a tad fresh for me at this time of year. The location is great, the sunsets superb and the views are stunning

We actually chose to watch the sunsets from the balcony of our Avaton instead of the famed Oia. The location is also close to some very good restaurants, but also away from the hoards of cruise tourists

Maria took care of our car hire from the ferry she provided recommendations for a sunset cruise which she sorted for us and even found a place for us to visit to watch the Europa Cup !!! She could not have done more

The ocean view is the biggest selling point; the service staff are highly trained and make you feel right at home; the breakfast is very plentiful, so you basically don't need lunch after eating it. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for what we'd planned, seeing the island by car - ample free parking. We were received very warmly, well looked after, and the facilities were excellent.

The host was great and they helped us with the luggage, as the location can't be reached by car. The room was spacious and quiet and the view was amazing (sea view room)

We absolutely loved our stay here. It felt safe and quiet and was a neat hideaway. Took some time to get use to walking to it and getting around but our host was great and very responsive.

The breakfast was fair and the price was considerably lower than most of the locations in Oia and the comfort was great

you can enjoy a nice sea view from your room, but you should know that the sea you can see is on the opposite side of which a lot of cave hotels are located. If you don't mind this, i recommend this hotel

Great room! Great terrace with pool! However, be aware of the breakfast. The website advertises breakfast for 10 euros, but that's at the hotel next door. At this one, breakfast is served in your room the night before.

Amazing place in Santorini. Silent and calm, rooms are really clean and modern. Some of them have also a private swimmingpool in front of the landscape (a wonderful landscape). Swimming pool and bar service comfortable.

The staying in Rings Hotel in Perissa was extraordinary! The room was excellent, very clean and had a lot of amenities! The location of the hotel is perfect as it is less than 1 minute walk away from a supermarket and a 5 minute walk away from the pedestrian street and beach

Perfect location, it was central which meant most places on the island were about 20 minutes away by ATV but the best part was we were staying in an area that was really quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted!

We rented a villa for 8 people, everyone was very pleased. Cleanliness, comfort and amenities are in the first place. The sea is 5 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts, lunches, transfer

This hotel is an absolute delight. Its location is amazing, set in a quiet area of perissa but such a short walk to all the facilities, the beach and bus stop

The owner was very helpful, both in recommending a delicious and affordable restaurant to eat dinner and booking a taxi so we could catch our ferry in the morning

The bus stop is also near by, we took the bus from the port to Fera, and from fera to the stop near this location

needs the odd update here and there - Remember its a 2/3 star and not everything is perfect. But it more than makes up for it with everything else and at such value for money- even the air conditioning is free
