We arrived at the hotel yesterday with my mom, and everything has been amazing so far! Even though check-in is from 2 p.m., they let us check in around 12:30 and even offered us breakfast right after arrival — which was such a nice surprise.

The food is excellent! There’s a huge variety, especially at lunch and dinner — meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits — everything is super tasty and fresh.

Our room is clean and tidy, a bit old-fashioned but very comfortable. Housekeeping already came today and changed our towels. Two lamps weren’t working when we arrived, but maintenance fixed them right away after we mentioned it.

In the evening there’s live Greek music, a lovely bar, and a nice area with plenty of sunbeds around the pools. There’s no line at the bar, and during the day you can always get snacks and ice cream.

The beach is only about a 5-minute walk, very easy to get to. We’re really happy with our stay — my mom already said she wants to come next year!

This hotel is certainly not a 5-star, nor even a 4-star experience. At best, I would rate it a weak 3 stars. The rooms are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect, with mould present and a broken showerhead.
The food was of very poor quality—mostly reheated, highly processed, and lacking in freshness or taste. The variety was disappointing as well, for example the same uninspired pasta dishes served day after day. Nothing felt freshly prepared.
Perhaps most disappointing was the service. The staff, particularly at the reception, came across as rude and unwelcoming, which left a very negative impression overall.

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at this hotel the pool area is lovely we stayed over the annexe over the road beds were comfortable rooms were cleaned daily, shower was not very good kept soaking the floor, staff were always polite, food for an all inclusive is very basic not much choice the ice cream was the highlight. The location is perfect plenty to do around the area. The meal place over the road avina was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

I would rate this hotel as 4.5* All staff are very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast to suit everyone . Food at snack bar served till 8 pm and very well Presented very clean and towels and bedding changed regularly , will deffinately return again, plenty to do within walking distance , and excilent Beach very near. Plenty of trips and food venues about 10:15 min walk . And bus stop 5min walk to center of Zakinthos . All I scan say is thank you for making our stay so enjoyable .aldo subbed were well available and plenty of them .👏👏

We had a wonderful 7 days in this Zante and were very pleased with the service during our stay. Apart from Zante Park, we also had the opportunity to stay at Galaxy Resort Hotel (they have a common owner). The food was quite diverse, it was worth choosing because of its proximity to the beach.

Only downside is that the drinks at the bar and restaurant were local and low quality brands.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to go with kids, it is definitely for you, you can see them everywhere at any time of the day.

The rooms are cleaned regularly. If you prefer a private pool, it would be useful to choose certain rooms at Zante Park, the common pool is crowded almost all day.
