The location of the hotel was perfect, yet calm but still super close to the city centre. The host was friendly en the continental breakfast was good. A place to visit again!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Budapest. The host is very friendly and good communication

The owner is a bit strange, can't really handle any negative feedback. The overall experience is not good, I would recommend to look for another place

Really nice building with antique furniture! The location is absolutely quiet and still well connected. She helped me with info about everything in town and made very sure that I wasn't lacking anything

We got a spacious, clean room with daily clean towels and a private bathroom. We have felt welcome: we were allowed to sit anywhere in the garden or on the terrace

We booked last minute at panzio because of problems with the booking at another apartment. The owner has received us warmly and is very thoughtful

We also want to admit excellent performance of the breakfast area employee, we guess his name is Mathew - a tall guy who works in the breakfast area and very professionally controls all the processes - everything is perfect! Veru nice clean rooms with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms, very good location on walkway distance from central part of Budapest

Best part of this motel is the roof top bar!!! This hotel was fine. The breakfast was ok but a little over crowed at times. But the roof top bar was GOATED

The city centre is 3 metro stations away so, overall, it was a very good choice. If you fancy to stay in an apartment rather than in a hotel room, I would totally recommend you to give this place a try

It is a suite with all appliances, the bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is strong in the shower, the location is near public transportation system, there is a shopping plaza and a supermarket nearby

This hotel is very nice, clean and comfort. It’s 8mins to the bus station and train station, I little bit far for me, but except this the location of hotel itself is great, you can find everything nearby

1) Location is very good , walkable, nearby lots of food options and hustle bustle 2) to us , they have early checkin as room was ready 3) Breakfast spread if very good and service - much better than standard European standards 4) Open Bar service from 12-7pm was certainly a delight and relished a few cups of juice and coffee 5) Mini Bar has good prices Was in a triple room and it was spacious

The room's cleanliness was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedding was luxurious. There was even a thoughtful gift from the hotel: a mini bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate

The rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable, with great soundproofing despite being in a lively area. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay

The free breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of choices. The beds were very comfortable. The only critique is that the air conditioner was not working properly and we had to open the window

Thank God it was cooler in the evening but very noisy on the streets and there was a celebration across our building. Aside from that, we loved having the airport shuttle waiting for us upon arrival

The hotel is really good, very beautiful (antique style) and the staff is quite nice and friendly. Overall I'd say the hotel is a very solid 4 star hotel (not really 5 because of the food and cleaning)

A great hotel, close to many transport options. We stayed from Sunday to Monday and received a free room upgrade to a suite. The breakfast could have had more options, but what they offered was tasty

Internet is soo bad. It was terrible to use internet which is doesn’t actually works stable. Not clean bed sheets. I found a lit of hairs. Location is good! People in check in desk are friendly.

There's a small supermarket across the street downstairs, and the mall is just 100 meters to the left after you exit. There are plenty of places to eat, including Chinese restaurants

It's a great location in the heart of the city. It's close to the city center, so outside restaurants are convenient. The facilities aren't particularly new, but they're clean

Nice hotel/apartments with a great location just steps from the famous Vaci Utca in Budapest. The staff are great and the place is reasonably priced and very comfortable and clean

Everything was within walking distance and it seems that since this is a tourist spot, you could get tours around the area. The front desk is extremely helpful

Prime, central location with convenient access to key sites and public transportation. The apartment was clean and generously sized. We especially value having a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals on our own

Location is good. But too commercial, because this apartment is famous. Clean and mordern interior with various facilities. Staff is ok, but not warm, cause they are so busy. And balcony is not same as the photo.

We stayed with the whole family with a double bedroom. Beautiful, clean, warm / maybe it was a bit too warm in the rooms/ easy to check in check out. Have everything what you need

Hotel room is clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful! Location is really good since it’s walking distance to St. Stephen Basilica, fashion street, vorosmarty, and all the train/tram/bus stops

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place - metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible

The garden was lovely, each staff person I encountered was the was kind and welcoming. I was able to use the laundry room for free. There was an indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn’t use it

The neighbourhood was quiet and there were convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. It’s also just five minute walk to a subway/tram/or bus stations

I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated

Breakfast offered good choice of hot and cold foods. Only a 5 min walk to public transport etc. Very hard to fault, especially for the price paid (irrespective of room!)

We also got a room upgrade, the sauna at the spa was just what I needed after the cold winter of Budapest and the breakfast buffet was very good (coffee - not the best tho)

The room is large and partitioned, with 1 large bed and 1 small bed, suitable for family travel. There are also 2 TVs. The location is in the central area, and there is a subway station outside. I am satisfied

It was such a pleasant stay! We arrived early in the morning, and lucky us！ They had a room ready for early check-in! The rooms are just like the pictures, cozy and spacious

However, on our last day there’s some drillings and noises (which was fine since we were leaving). The location was perfect too, lots of restaurants around

The rooms are quite small but very clean & the location is close to the city center ~20 min walk. The staff is very nice and speaks fluent english.

So save some €€ and go to the local bakeries as it only cost me €5 for breakfast each day - with a drink! So all in all, I would rate it as a 3* hotel at most. Good for a short trip but, will not be returning here again

Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore

Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days

We booked Escala for our 3 night break with friends in Budapest & I have nothing but good things to say, the suite was very clean & the bed was really comfortable the bathroom & kitchen had everything you needed, the staff were really friendly & done everything they could to make our stay perfect, breakfast was really good with enough choice, I will be definitely staying here again when we come back...

I was very surprised when I came in the door there is a very very small if you could call it a Lobby I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me with the check-in process and told me about the hotel

The hotel itself is small and tucked away on a quiet side street just next to the Hungarian State Opera House, making the location both central and peaceful. Breakfast is not extensive, but the quality is excellent

During the day the hotel offers complimentary fruit tea, and in the afternoon and evening they serve homemade mulled wine, which was honestly some of the best I have ever tasted
