The city center is about a 40-minute walk, which is a real pleasure on a nice day :) The staff were polite and friendly, and they resolved all our requests very quickly! Although breakfast was the same every day, it was quite varied, so it didn't get boring over our 4-day stay :) We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Budapest! We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival and the room was amazing, mini bar in the room inside a decent size fridge. We did not use anything as the local shops offer much better choice at half the price

We went here in February for our honeymoon, the hotel is superb and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choices and coffee and juices available

The location is very good and very convenient. You can walk to several scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, both simple and traditional. There is also a small market where you can set up your own stalls

The location of the hotel is good. The airport bus can go directly to the vicinity of the hotel. It is very close to the subway station. It is very convenient to go to various attractions by buying a 24-hour pass

The location was good and clean, but the bed was small and a little uncomfortable. Although it was cleaned during my stay, it was not vacuumed, so a lot of hair and dust accumulated in the room

Turns out there are so many hotels with this name! The front desk staff was nice; they let me check in early. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, quite spacious, and had everything I needed

First off, the hotel navigation was wrong. Luckily, a local helped me call the hotel, and they told me it wasn't the right place and was actually a few hundred meters away

The room wasn't big but clean and bright. When I borrowed a kettle from the hotel to boil water, it tripped the circuit, causing the power outlets in the room and the hairdryer in the bathroom to stop working

You need to bell in to get to the premises and the lift quite narrow for big luggages. Room is not big space but comfortable. Breakfast is American breakfast, a generous selection.

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best

Very decent hotel! The staff was smiling and very kind and helpful. We stayed 15 days and every morning they greeted us with a good morning at the reception. they even learned Greek to serve us

The restaurant is pretty good as well, and the location is great if you want to be close to Gellért hill, the castle district, and just a few bus stops from the city center

We were so shocked… the toilet looked like it came out of the 80s with a string that you could pull down to flush, the faucet was old and wobbly - with a constant clogged drain, there was no door/ curtains for the bath area

Rooms were decent although I wished that the cleaners would be more in depth and not just prepare the beds but also take out the clearly empty bottles that's on the table, but over all they have been a good place to stay at and very helpful with giving us locations
