Room was clean and tidy. The wooden beams gave the room character. Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable with a very decent range. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice touch.

This is a very good place with comfortable, clean rooms, nice staff and professional service. There are a pool, sauna and steam cabins. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty. The hotel is in a perfect spot, everything is reachable in the the city by foot.

Very good location. We liked the high quality saunas and excellent cold plunge, but avoided the pools since they were mobbed by kids! Ditto for breakfast... This place caters to families, so go early if you want to avoid the noise!

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice bar. It is in a good location to get from the Castle . There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym. Since it is attached to the aquatics facility, it doesn’t open until 830 am. I would have loved to use it around 630-7

Lovely hotel by lake Balaton It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. Good but not good enough This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Medium sized hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Situated just opposite with the train station of Alsóörs, yet the arrival and departing trains are not disturbing. The only hotel in Balatonalmadi that is right on the Balaton bike trail and has its own beach front. You can also rent SUP and the staff is super nice. The hotel belongs to one of the universities so staying here you also support young people.

We are returnees to this hotel for various reasons. It is nice and quiet even in high season and has a private Balaton beach. The kitchen staff is very accommodating to requests, and other staff is also very helpful. Bikes available to use, and in summer season you can rent SUP as well. They have a nice playground and a small outdoor kids pool.

This hotel is a complete throw back, stay here and go back in time 30 years. The food is hearty, the staff friendly (I got to learn some Hungarian from one of the wait staff). You won’t get good internet service but you will get a chance to really relax and take some lovely swims and walks.

We stayed for two weeks and held our wedding there! Friendly and accommodating staff who really looked after us. We enjoyed using the Volleyball court and table tennis. Excellent location with a private beach and free use of sun loungers. Comfortable rooms with balcony, fridge and hairdryers. Great value overall and would certainly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! The staff is great, always smiling. If you have any kind of problem or complaint, they strive to find a solution right away. Their private beach is nice as well, though open to the public, it is never crowded. Really great value for the money! My only complaint, is that the coffee at breakfast is really bad 😀

Beautiful Hotel! Relaxing and peaceful!

A real surprise in the city inn, my room was next to the big green park with beautiful Castle view. I had a balcony too. The restaurant is excellent, parking place is FREE of charge, the wifi connection is good in public places and in the room too.

Simply Superb. Excellent in every respect. I have stayed in worse 5 star hotels. All staff from cleaners to reception staff were friendly, accomodating, pleasant and helpful. We attended a family wedding and the staff obviously made efforts to ensure they even dressed appropriately.

I had pleasure of staying in their new rooms, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and fresh. Nespresso coffee machine in the room with quality coffee. Very comfortable bed and quality pillow. This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor. It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The place is very retro (happy ’70s). Aside from the fact that nothing was invested in the exterior of the hotel, the rooms are neat, clean and whitewashed. Very nice and quiet hotel to stay. Located between the two lakes of Tata. The fridge in the room comes handy in hot summer days. A supermarket is a five minute walk away. Nice staff, good breakfast. Tata is really beautiful place in Hungary that's worth to visit.

Adrian at this hotel provided tremendous customer service that was above and beyond what is expected. He found me different accommodations after I was stuck without a room due to no fault of his own. Adrian was very helpful when he did not have to be.

I stayed here for 3N during my last business trip in September 2024. The receiption is helpful. The view from my room is great. Just the wall are too thin and you can hear everything next door. It was quite annoying that I didn't choose for my 2nd visit.

Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

Its great hotel, nice rooms , great location but somehow we had a unfortunate experience. We had a stay for 2 nights and it so happened that on the 2nd morning there was absolutely no water in the resort so much so that it was difficult for all the essential daily routines. But i guess it was one of the bad days in the resort, but apart from that the place oa worth visit.

This Mediterranean hotel is a real gem among the accommodations on Lake Balaton. They are kind, friendly, attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is amazing. The train unfortunately goes close, but on the one hand it is natural in Balchin and on the other hand it was not overly disturbing. The guest is welcome to return here!

I didn't actually stay here but I had it booked back in June. I was going to Balaton sound festival. I didn't realise that there was no way to drive from Tihany to Zamardi, that you had to get a ferry. Anyway, I was super stressed and they cancelled both my room and my friend's room free of charge. Run by owners, cozy, aparthotel. Our apartment (family 2+3) was enormous. Small pool and sauna/jacuzzi makes it the perfect spot for couple of days relax stay. And Tihany itself is one of the most picturesque place in Balaton area.

Staff very nice, although we stopped just to have drinks. Lots of tables outside. The nearby road is not too loud. Well kept, quiet, fashionable, including the choice of the music (largely raeggae), not too loud.

This place is in a great location, within walking distance of the promenade. The rooms/areas with a kitchenette and separate bedroom aren't impressive, but they're sufficient for everyday living. The downsides include a musty smell that's impossible to get rid of, a refrigerator that sounds like a plane is taking off (for light sleepers), and a broken freezer (the ice cream had melted).

The apartment is clean and nicely laid out, with air conditioning, blinds, and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. Unfortunately, the apartment consists of only one room; there is no door between the living room and bedroom.
