We were with family, we spent 4 nights there. The host was kind and helpful. We got an iron and ironing board on request! The rooms were clean. Quiet little place, in the center. Almost everything is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was also very delicious. Fresh croissant and bun every morning! If we go again, Kántás is definitely it. Oh and there is a 10% discount on their own website!!!

Nice modern hotel. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. There was a good working AC in the room, so the high temperature wasn’t a problem. There was a train station nearby, so sometimes there was some noise from passing trains and announcements, but with some earplugs this wasn’t a problem at all during the night.

Very pleasant English speaking staff, specially the owner Sanyi (read as Shanyi). The hotel is on the Lake with well kept loan and ladder to enter the Balaton lake. Walking distance are shops, bars and restaurants. I saw signs of a night club not far. The breakfast is good. The rooms are basic. So is the price. Excelent choice for the money.

Very nice host. Clean comfortable room. A small negative is that the window in the bathroom could be covered with foil so that the neighbors can't see in.

Tried for one night. It was clean and quiet. But a very small room with the smallest shower I have ever experienced in my life, I felt a bit like I was in a submarine. I lovin it. Host is so friendly and room is clean. I have been there lately at night but he waited for me for check-in. In a room have a lot of stuff that you need; towel, dishes, cutlery, pan, etc. In the morning you can walk to the end of hotel and see lake view! The location is close to attractions in Tihany, the love village. Unfortunately, I just spending a night. Never mine I will be back.

I spent two amazing weeks at Calendula Hospital. The staff and doctors are professional, kind, and truly caring. First of all, it must be said that this is a medical institution! People come here for treatment, not for relaxation! So don't count on restaurants and alcohol, there is none!
