Hotels with beach in Hungary

I uploaded my review as a picture. Check in between 2 to 7 pm, but the wellness center is open between 8:30 18:30. So we needed to go to hotel earlier.

The mens at the entrance are very friendly, they speak English. However, the people working in the restaurant barely understood the room number in English

A great hotel in terms of location, services, food, and the workers are very cooperative. A suitable swimming pool and a view of natural scenery. It is very suitable for families and children

The location is perfect, just immediately at the lake, there are rooms which have magnificent views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very comfy hotel, good food, very good wellness including a 25m swimming pool. Helpful staff. The view of Lake Balaton is magical.

It is a brilliant renovated modern hotel on the Balaton lakeside which fulfills all needs. Definitely a five star choice.

The food was delicious and he even allowed us to increase our stay with no notice. Thank you to everyone that works here and the service we received it made our stay very enjoyable

Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible

We stopped for lunch and the restaurant service was perfect, the stuff was kind and their local menus were delicious and so tasty.

Good location, nice and cozy family owned hotel. Restaurant is right on the first floor, Balaton is very close if You want to have a nice swim or walk by

The activities are really good for children, different slides in the lobby, playgrounds around the hotel. The animators were really kind and helpful. The restaurant wasn't the best, but there were planty of variety

Very nice place to visit. A lot of activities are available the restaurant is good. I feel the quality of the food is great however the diversity is not very big.

The room was freshly renovated, really modern and elegant design. The size is not too big for two adults and a children, however a quite big wardrobe to store

The staff was friendly and professional, the wellness area was excellent, and the pools were great for both adults and kids. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing

The spa is fine, well maintained with several different saunas and hot tubs. But it was a little bit cold inside in the winter time

We stayed at Velence Resort & Spa with our one-year-old son and had an amazing experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families with small children

Very pleasant English speaking staff, specially the owner Sanyi (read as Shanyi). The hotel is on the Lake with well kept loan and ladder to enter the Balaton lake. Walking distance are shops, bars and restaurants

I saw signs of a night club not far. Excelent choice for the money

We stayed here for a week and loved the place. The small private beach is very neat, the staff is super-friendly, and our balcony had a lovely view of Balaton.

The hotel has its own private beach，the decoration is very classy, the breakfast is very rich. The manager IIdiko is very kind. always smiling, always ready to help you with any problem.

The staff spoke either English or German. There was a children's playground just down the road on the waterfront. The neighbouring towns were within walking distance (although a car or taxi might be better for some)

We arrived in one of the worst thunder storms in living memory and they were outside waiting to help us in with our bags! The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast had something for everyone

I couldn't have picked a better place than Hotel Füred for my week long holiday. Upon arrival the staff was courteous and professional

Great hotel, right at the Balaton, like literally, you just have to step out of the building. Spacious, good atmosphere, elegant design

Lake Balaton is a 5 minutes walk (and they have their own private beach in summer)

Great hotel, clean, it offers good selection of food, big enough wellness. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. One recommendation is to provide potable water at sounas, as it is essential to stay hydrated

We've been coming to this hotel several times already, but only last year discovered they had a huge apartment/suite on the third floor. Since then we have turned into absolute *******

We've been to this place in 2017, and the experience this time was even better. The first pleasant surprise was that our room was ready upon arrival already, way before they technically should have had it available

The apartment is kept very warm, which is really pleasant, especially when the weather outside is not so inviting (which was not the case this year, though)

A corridor leads to a walk-in wardrobe, the bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink, walk-in shower), a master bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds

Only problem is with the little parking space and the wellness which closes at 19:00, so if you expect to relax after all day on water you will be quite upset with its early closure

The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet

Restaurant was closed, no dinner possible only small variety of breakfast was available for next morning; Amazing view from the balcony!

Nevertheless we choose to have a good time

After reading recent reviews I was a little worried, but we (family of 4) really enjoyed our 9 days stay at camping Pelso. And I have to be honest that for a large part has to do with the mobil home we got: Beachview 10

Mobile house "premium", but there was nothing premium. You have to pay an extra charge for aircondition. Only two beach bars, one is closing at 19. Anyway, good place for family holiday

The beach is OK, but there are stones under the water which may cause harm. The animation programme for the kids is a plus. The food store in and nearby the site is very expensive

We had a good time. For the management: the place needs some attention. Reinforcing steel bars hanging out by the beach. Kids running around, not safe. Restrooms and showers needed a little more help.

Which was on a great spot with a great view. The mobile home itself was large, clean and comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the playground, the slides and the animation

Had amazing time near lake Balaton with family and kids , kids played so much , Hired SUP and use inflatable was great

About a 15 minute walk along to the seafront, though there were lots of hireable scooters outside which made it much faster. Hotel itself was very quiet during our mid-June visit, which was nice

Perfectly pleasant but probably closer to a leisure centre experience than a luxury one. Don’t think there were ever more than six people in the pool at a time, including the two of us

However the steam rooms and sauna are only used a few days a week, so weren’t on for the duration of our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Bedrooms were basic but absolutely fine

Food options were good, with standard basics each evening but also more local specialties. Location was strong, with a lovely view of the lake and dock

A kettle might have been nice but maybe that’s just my British showing! Air con in the room was much appreciated; we had it on around the clock

Dining space was almost totally empty so we never had to wait. The “spa” is really just a medium pool with adjoining kids’ pool and hot tub

The room was lovely, nice, big and clean. The food was good but a limited choice. Private secured parking, superb WiFi and an absolutely fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful by day, listening to the waves roll onto the rocks and atmospheric at night with the lighting around the area. Lovely big area for the dog too!

We re-visited this hotel again in August. The staff was nice and this time our room was in the main building. We enjoyed this room much better that staying in the new wing in June.

We stayed at Tihany Yacht Club two nights in June. The staff was nice, parking was easy. Our room was very clean, facing Lake Balaton

Breakfast was OK but be prepared if you to go after 9:30, there is hardly anything left

I really liked the location. Room was small but comfy, moderen and clean. Bed very good.

It was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

A good campsite. This resort has two pools with thermal water. Is to spend the night here, at least, returning from vacation. Competitive prices the apartments.
