I stayed with my family and booked two executive rooms on the second floor. The room size was comfortable for two people, although the window size was quite small. The air conditioner and fan worked properly. The manual door lock from the inside was not working, but the automatic door lock functioned fine.
Water bottles were provided on the first day, but they were not provided on the next day. Snacks were served the following day until 12:00 AM in the third-floor banquet area.
I checked out at 11:00 AM, and my luggage was safely stored in the hotel’s storeroom. I collected it later around 9:00 PM on the same day without any issues.
The hotel’s outside area is very good and conveniently located close to Marine Drive and nearby markets.
For food, I ordered from the room menu. The chicken fry masala was tasty, while the French fries were average.
Overall, my experience was good.

Bunch of buffoons running this hotel and nothing matches with their hotel description on website.
Booked this hotel for two nights with Breakfast through MakeMyTrip. Location was ok as it's near to Marine drive but the good part just ended here.
They parked my car on the roadside and its not just safe.
Hotel room was a big disappointment as it was dirty, smelly and not hygeineic.
Clearly mentioned on the website that room has Minibar/Refrigerator but it wasn't in the room. When asked ar the reception for Refrigerator, they shamelessly replied that it depends upon availability. Really? Then why mention it on the website?
And Breakfast next morning was horrible. Cold puris were being served from a polythene bag and cockroaches were roaming around on the floor. Skipped the breakfast even we booked it for two days.
Staff was cheap and not friendly.
This was the worst hotel we stayed while our Konkan coastal road drive.

Ugh, we booked that hotel online for two nights because it was close to Marine Drive. Honestly, that's the only good thing about it.
They had a restaurant menu, so we ordered lunch. But seriously, the staff made such a fuss over a simple lunch, I can't even explain.
And get this, the rooms reeked of mold. I've got pictures.
When we booked on MakeMyTrip, it said a fridge and minibar were included, but there was nothing. Just a tiny, smelly room.
If you ever stay there, definitely skip the breakfast.
We even found a cockroach on the puri boxes, and the supervisor was actually defending it! We paid for two days of breakfast and couldn't eat a single meal.
They served cold puri with dry potatoes, idli without sambar, and super ripe bananas. Every single dish was just awful.
I have no idea how they're still in business.

This place operates like a scam. Please stay away.
I booked Regal Palace, Grant Road, Mumbai through Booking.com with a confirmed reservation. I was clearly told that check-in would be allowed after 12 PM. Based on this, we planned our travel. However, when we reached the hotel around 9 PM, we were outright denied check-in.
The situation was extremely suspicious. Due to the Lollapalooza festival, hotel demand was very high, and it strongly appeared that the hotel had sold rooms at a higher rate to other guests without informing Booking.com, despite having existing confirmed bookings. To make matters worse, we noticed that some guests had already paid money to the hotel but were still not provided rooms.
There was no explanation, no support, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The staff was completely indifferent and unprofessional. We were left stranded late at night in Mumbai with no rooms available anywhere nearby.
This is not just bad service. It feels like deliberate overbooking and misleading customers to make more money during peak demand. A confirmed booking here is meaningless.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. It causes unnecessary stress, financial loss, and mental harassment. Booking here is a serious risk

We had a pleasant one-night stay. The location is convenient for visiting nearby tourist spots, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. We booked two rooms—both were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, including the bathrooms. The staff were welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Yasin for his quick support and warm hospitality.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The room size was extremely small, there was a persistent foul smell, and there was barely any space to take a proper bath. Shockingly, only one small blanket was provided for two adults, which is unacceptable.
The morning breakfast was even more disappointing – they served cold plain chapati, dal, and egg bhurji. Except for the egg bhurji, all other items appeared to be reused and emitted a strong unpleasant odor.

Are you a Chocolate lover? If yes, the Chocolate Milkshake here is worth the try... The milkshake when served looks considerably small for the price but the moment you have it, it's worth every buck spent. Its loaded with chocolate chunks inside and that makes it tastier all the more.
You do get a lot more to drink here and their seasonal strawberry specials are not to be missed too. Located along the road to Charni Road Station, this place can be missed by going unnoticed in a fast moving car, but if you happen to pass through post 9:30 at night, it's hard to miss the place as the hungry crowd outside catches the attention of every passing eye.

This place is not at all recommended. I landed here just because I noticed on the road and I needed something to drink.
They are exorbitantly high priced. A ₹120 for a less than 200ml glass of orange juice. And guess what, that juice is no where close to what I am used to. It was stuffed with the sweet syrup.
Hygiene could be another issue if you are more sensitive than an average person.

Best place to have shakes and snacks along the beach side. Open till 1am and sometimes till 2 am, this place has got some best shakes and chilli ice cream you can not afford to avoid. The best one of it is the chic choc shake which has loads and loads of chocolate pieces in it.
