We had a wonderful stay at Ascot Hotel in Mumbai. The location is absolutely perfect, making it very convenient to get around while still enjoying the charm of Colaba. What truly stood out was the team - consistently efficient, hospitable, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to Amala at the front desk, whose gracious and charming nature made our experience even more memorable. Her warmth and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Overall, a delightful stay - we would certainly look forward to returning.

All staff members are guest focused and go out of the way to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. Our flight was rescheduled and we ended up arriving at the hotel a few hours before the check-in time. They were more than willing to permit an early check-in.

We stayed for just one night, but it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. Ms. Aamla ma’am assisted us so smoothly with the check-in and check-out process, making everything feel effortless. Mr. Nayim was equally helpful, ensuring our luggage was handled with care and that all room services were prompt and seamless. The place felt very safe, especially for women, which we deeply appreciated. The ambience was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Grateful for such warm hospitality. We genuinely look forward to visiting again.

Hotel is in a fabulous location, walking distance to most tourist destinations and plenty of cabs around for the rest. Room is spacious and clean. Staff attentive and efficient. No complaints

We spent 4 nights at Ascot, a lovely hotel and a great location. The hotel is a walk away to the Gateway to India and Taj hotel, as well as the beach walkway. It is also literally around the corner from the bustling market. There are many good restaurants a walk away from the restaurant, so spoilt for choice on eats in the local area. We were offered some very welcome ice-cold drinks after a rather hot site-seeing day out, which were very welcome of course. The hotel arranged an early morning airport transfer using Ascot services and went smoothly. A small improvement perhaps for Ascot is to ensure breakfast requests are filled, as on more than one occasion items requested were not provided (even after being requested a second time unfortunately). A very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Ascot - thanks very much!

Your professionalism, kindness, and attention truly made our experience memorable. I would also like to extend a big thank you to the entire team who worked during our stay, especially Mr. Balram and Jamal, as well as the always-smiling staff member who took care of cleaning our room who was there before we even calling him forgot his name and the staff present for breakfast. Everyone was extremely attentive and responsive to every request, which made us feel truly comfortable and well looked after. Please convey our gratitude to the whole team. A rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view but a little off route, as the entrance is inside a lane and easy to miss. The white metal chairs and tables give a classy old school feel to this place but they are rather uncomfortable. The menu has nothing out of the ordinary and the food is over-priced. We had Chicken Tangdi Kabab, Chicken Kohlapuri and also tried out Chicken Hakka Noodles to round up the available cuisines. The kabab was pretty nice, a tad too charred and the kohlapuri was tasty. The noodle was seriously disappointing. The portions were really small given the hefty price tag. Service is ok.

Good as always. No definition for the quality of food needed. But the seating places is too small, keeping in mind the city Mumbai not a bad place to devour on some hot pizzas.
