Had a really great stay at the Avenue, Ballygunge. Everything ranging from rooms, to the food and the service was really good. I had to extend my stay but the process was really hassle free thanks to the seamless handling of the situation by the staff. Special mention to Ms Manmeet at the reception desk. I stayed at this hotel from 1st to 4th December 2025. The rooms are clean, spacious and the food is good. The entrance may look a bit commercial but once you are in side the hotel premises, its a nice. The linen is fresh and so are the towels. The front office guy by name Mr. Halder was very helpful. We had lunch at Swagath Restaurant today . There were 7 of us and we ordered both North Indian and South Indian dishes. I must say, the quality of food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and I highly recommend dining at Swagath.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had gone to their restaurant during Onam to have the Sadya. The spread was quite wide and everything tasted really good. Service was warm too. The manager was sweet to keep checking on us if the food was to our liking and if we needed anything.
