Amazing experience! If you are looking for a resort or a 5-star, this is not it. However, it is a really nice boutique hotel with some really nice and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and we had no issues. We needed a driver for a late night ride for the airport and one of the staff drove us there themselves.

It's also a little away from the madness of Ubud center (5-10 mins walk) so if you prefer peace and want to get into your Grab in peace, stay here rather than city center.

I stayed one night at Tetirah with a friend. Their welcome was warm, the staff were lovely, and the place was truly pleasant. The hotel is located a short walk from the rice fields in Ubud and is in a very nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable, as were the common areas. This place is perfect for enjoying the serenity of Ubud. Thank you for everything !

Positive points: - excellent location - top-notch staff, eager to please and respond quickly to our needs - small details that make all the difference: a small fridge provided with two bottles, coffee, tea, and a carafe! Plus a water fountain in the restaurant. We were also given a mosquito repellent plug-in upon arrival in our room, which made all the difference! - very clean, very nice pool - scooter rental available. Points for improvement: - breakfast! Really not great in terms of quantity and quality - even though the hotel isn't at fault, we were easily woken up by the noise of dogs barking at night or other tourists walking around the hotel…

We stayed for 3 nights at Tetirah Hotel, Ubud. It’s a wonderful property and we had booked the Premier Rooms, which were spacious and came with a bathtub and a balcony. However, there was no landline in the room – all communication had to be done via WhatsApp.

The breakfast was good, and we really liked the overall vibe of the property. It's located about 1 km from Ubud Palace, which makes it quite convenient. The swimming pool was nice and well-maintained.

One issue we faced was the sound of a rooster (hen) starting from around 3:00 AM and continuing every 5–10 minutes until noon – that was quite disturbing. On the positive side, the gentle sounds of frogs at night were actually soothing and added to the natural feel of the place.

The staff was cooperative and helpful. Overall, it's a good property in a peaceful location, close to Ubud Palace.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and very attentive and kind staff. Was easy to walk most places in ubud. I would just recommend bringing some earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the walls and doors are thin. You can hear frogs, dogs barking and roosters crowing late at night and early morning. But everything else made up for it 😊

We are a family of four and stayed for three nights. The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are large, as is the bathroom, with a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are limited but adequate. Don't go if you're in a hurry, as they take a little while to prepare them. It's definitely a good place to stay and explore Ubud.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is small, cozy, and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was great! The only minor downside was the shower—it was a bit old and could use some maintenance, but it was still functional.

A special thanks to the entire staff! They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay truly special.

We stayed for 5 nights, but the hotel quickly felt like home. It was hard to say goodbye, and we would love to return in the future!

I booked a luxury room on their site They checked me in a terrible room, no privacy, facing the stairs, whn I asked to change they said hotel was fully booked and all guest are in their rooms atm. Then while waiting to find a solution, a shuttle buss arrived with around 5 or 7 people, who hasn't checked in yet! And they refused to change my room still. Then they said no manager avaialable to talk to. Later we had to take the terrible room because we had no option after arriving from a long trip. Smells mold, noise coming from outside, generator or something, guest upstairs is noisy, you can hear people moving around because of location, we left the hotel and they did t even refund or change room! They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and not a boutique hotel as they calim to be.
