Hotel Residence Sciaron in Capo Vaticano

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service experience during my stay. I arrived at your hotel with a friend, hoping for a pleasant and relaxing visit, but instead we encountered an unpleasant situation. On several occasions, we noticed that we were served last, even though other guests at nearby tables had arrived later. This made us feel discriminated against and unwelcome. I sincerely hope this feedback will encourage your team to treat all guests with equal respect and attention – regardless of whether they order alcohol or not.

As for the food, it also left a mixed impression – it’s been a long time since I’ve seen such “creative” portion control combined with such a lack of flavor.

I am not writing this as just an ordinary guest, but as someone with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business – I am a restaurant director. In all my career, I have never encountered such a disrespectful attitude toward a customer. This behavior left a very unpleasant impression and completely spoiled the overall experience.

I wish that when you travel abroad for your own holidays, you are served with the same level of humiliation that you showed us.

And answering to your question: Yes I stayed at your hotel with my friend from September 21 to September 28 and I am not recommending anyone else to go there as well.

the hotel employees rolled their eyes. Only one hotel employee spoke english. You have to buy drinks and food on the hotel room bill. We were charged for things we hadn't even ordered. The breakfast was pretty bad, there was no bottled water available at breakfast. The shower only produced really hot or really cold water. Ants in the room. There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. The swimming pool was really good.

Cleaned up once over a week, so had to do with dirty towels. Advertised with free wifi but you had to pay for it. Same goes for air conditioning. On top of that the beds were horrible. The pool was real nice though

Weird hotel. You will be charged for everything you could imagine ( A/C, fridge, Wi-Fi). Staff on the reception is mostly unfriendly. Food service is average. Rooms are really small with even smaller bathroom. Majority of hosts are locals.
On the other hand hotel is on great place with stunning views. But it's not worth the money.
