Very attractive place to spend a week. Beach 100 meters from the residential part, kitchen, gym and pleasent Italian sun!

I stayed at the hotel from September 10th to 17th...the beach and sea were enchanting and fabulous. The hotel was well-served with an excellent shuttle service to the beach and station.
The service and organization...left a little to be desired...little attention to customers...
For example, a Calabrian evening with excellent food, but no after-dinner entertainment and a dull evening. The next day at dinner, the same dishes as the day before...then for the bar service for four consecutive days, I asked for a coffee with sambuca and the sambuca was finished when their beach bar served it to me. No problems.
Communication between them?
Then grapes were left on a tray, unportioned, so everyone could touch them.
Definitely inadequate service.
I won't be returning.

The only positive note is the sea and the place where the rest of the neglected residence is located and old and dirty houses full of ants 🐜 and uncomfortable mattresses lack of cookware in the houses the other negative note is the lack of air conditioning and a TV (which they promised me before leaving and said there was no problem but the TV never came) for the price I paid a lot you should offer more I'm sorry to write a negative fence you could improve and not just think about the gain without I strongly advise against treating the customer
