Hotel Riva Del Sole in Marina di Campo

I came to this hotel with some dear friends on vacation. The first thing you notice about the hotel is its elegance and attention to detail. The entire staff was very helpful when welcoming you, and the option of paying the balance on the spot was also convenient.
The rooms were not overly large but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices (unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the restaurant, having always eaten out). The bicycle service included in the price was also very convenient.
I hope to return soon!

Excellent seafront location.

Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome: the reception staff (Irene in particular) explained in detail what our stay would include... from the timetable to the bikes available to use, to the partner beach...

The dining room and bar staff are also friendly and attentive to every request.

The hotel has an elevator that provides easy access to the upper floors.

Our room is located on the second floor: we chose a superior room with a balcony overlooking the sea: the sunrise and sunset are fantastic. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, and a drying rack.

The clean and comfortable room is spacious with a TV and mini-fridge. The bathroom is also spacious: it has a large shower and is equipped with every comfort (including body lotion 😊 and a small pouch containing a shower cap, sewing threads, nail file, and other amenities—in short, a helpful and kind touch 😊 that is hard to find).

We also provided free beach towels, which are changed every 4 days.

We stayed on a half-board basis: the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Intercontinental breakfast ranging from savory to sweet, while coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. are served at your table. For dinner, the menu offers a choice from appetizer to dessert, with seafood and meat courses (we preferred seafood), including two options for the appetizer and four options for first courses, second courses, and desserts.

Everything is excellent, tasty, plentiful, and beautifully served.

A hotel to recommend, and one we'll definitely return to.

we were a group of 20 people,and stayed her in June.Check in efficient and friendly.Rooms were good,all things standard for a 4* hotel. Bathroom small but adequate. Good size balcony. Breakfast and Dinner very good,and excellent service.Whilst I knew this hotel had no pool,was very disappointed that the hotel did not have a garden to sit in. There was just 3 tables outside (no umbrellas) mostly occupied by smokers. I would have thought because this hotel was 4* and no garden,that they would have some kind of financial arrangement,with the beach people.This was not the case,and 20/23 euros for beds,per day!! Most of the people in our group were of pension age,therefore quite expensive. We had people in our group with single rooms,without balcony. They were also disappionted,that the only place for them to sit was on the beach. For this reason would not stay at this hotel again. Shame

Rooms a little small, but new furniture, new bathroom with spacious shower and above all a spacious balcony where you can sit or hang out towels. The beach and the center are a stone's throw away. The cleaning ladies keep everything very clean and even early in the morning they are very quiet. In the hotel you eat very well, dishes well made with quality raw materials. If I went back I would eat both lunches and dinners in hotels because I ate very poorly while traveling around the island despite renowned and well-reviewed places. If I were to return to Elba I would come back here!!!!!!

Today is the last day of our stay at this property. It's the third year we've come and we would already like to book for next year. What more can I say?
A special thank you to the chef who, in addition to always cooking exquisite dishes for the fantastic and abundant dinner, pampers me every evening with a particular gluten-free menu!

We stayed for a week on a half board basis from 1st to 8th September and had a very good time.
Excellent location very close to the sea and very quiet.
Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet (homemade cakes always fresh 😋) and savory and truly excellent dinner with varied dishes well prepared by the chef.
Friendly and competent waiters and staff.
Room with large balcony with partial sea view which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.
We will definitely return.
