I had a disappointing experience at Hotel dei Coralli. I stayed for just one day with my 3-year-old, and it wasn’t a good service experience. The staff was very indifferent, did not really seem to care and were unhelpful. You need to ask the same thing a few times over before they did anything. They could not care less about getting you a taxi or help with a bus. I was carrying a sleeping baby and had my luggage with me, they could not even bring themselves to suggest that they help you with the luggage to get to the room. Even though it’s a tourist area, they couldn’t help with basic arrangements, which was frustrating. The language barrier was also a big issue. None of the staff spoke English, so it was hard to communicate, especially with a young child. I expected better from a hotel in such a popular area. Overall, the experience left a negative impression on me.

The Hotel was so helpful when I left my adapter there and they found it and sent it back to me. Not all hotels do this! They were flexible and had a great antipasto buffet! And great fruits! They have bicycles to use The pizza could be improved. We could sleep well in peace. Many thanks!

Beautiful hotel perfectly located 200km from the beach. Compliments to the chef and all the staff for a warm welcoming stay.

One of the places to be in Marina di Campo. Great alfresco dining area with adjacent playground. Good quality pizze and pinse, but the 50 euros seafood entree was ok except for the two oysters, both for me and my partner, and the tuna tartare which tastes definitely funny. We had been served an almost identical dish at Pozzo al Moro a few nights earlier and the latter’s was fresher, better dressed - and 20% cheaper.
Definitely go for the pizze/pinse and give up seafood!

Very nice and quiet place. There are some sports activities including tennis. Food also nice but stick traditional food.
