Consider Before Booking: Baia Tuscano Resort and Agoda Travel Agency

My family and I recently chose Baia Tuscano Resort for our first vacation in Italy. Unfortunately, we encountered some unexpected costs that were not clearly stated during our booking process. The beach, advertised as private on Agoda.com, required an additional fee for access.

When we approached the hotel staff about this matter, they attributed the confusion to third-party booking sites, such as Agoda.com. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to Agoda.com, who assured me that the problem would be solved and that they would call me back. As of today (23 August 2023), they have not returned my call. The hotel was aware of similar incidents in the past but placed responsibility on the booking sites.

I sought to discuss the matter with a manager at the hotel, and the response was less than satisfactory. The individual who identified as the manager handled our concerns in a manner that did not meet our expectations.

In conclusion, I would advise potential travelers to carefully review the terms and conditions when considering Baia Tuscano Resort or booking through Agoda.com. This experience left us feeling unsupported in the face of unexpected challenges, and we hope others can learn from our experience.

They give me a room stick to the music party, playing music every day until 01:00. I said I have 2 babies but no solution was provided at all. It was the worst hotel stay of my life. The room is really old, not whroting his price.
I called before arrived to ensure there's a wifi connection. There's no wifi in my room and even in the hotel reception the wifi connection is very low, I was unable to make a visio call for my job. Even with a 4g internet sim for phone the connection is inexistent, so I lose job opportunities during the stay.
I will not retake a room here, even free.
Trying to speak with the director multiple times, with no success.
