Stayed three nights while visiting family. Great location with on-site free parking. It’s a short climb down stairs to the beach where there plenty of lidos. Short walks to self-service laundry and shops for drinks and snacks. It’s also a 5-10 minute walk to the touristy center of town. Quiet location and we slept very well. We enjoyed the breakfast for two mornings but took lunch and dinner out of the hotel. Overall good stay and we will repeat.

It was a nice stay: clean Room, terrace, great food in Restaurant and amazing Service!
BUT 3 STARS because:
we rented the Room for 2 Nights, we had breakfast include and for extra meal we had to pay 20 euro per person, we ate in their Restaurant twice only the lunch and the dinner, the cost was 20 Euro per person, but by check-out on reception, we were in a hurry and my boyfriend went to pay, and they charged him for 3 times meal per Person - in total 120 euro, after paying he went back to tell that we ate only twice there, and she told him not to worry and that they will refund 40 euros, till now they do not reply on our calls, messages, emails. They are just ignoring and still no money back. Unacceptable!!! Give us money back VALEMARE!

Big bang for your buck.
This gem offers excellent food, outstanding service and breathtaking views.
The rooms are modern and well kept but the building's envelope needs some major work.
The staff is particularly special, I was sad to have witnessed 3 extremely talented staff members quit due to poor ownership.
Owners must do better, Valemare deserves the world.
Will come back.

We were charged extra 20 euros for breakfast (even though it is supposed to be free). The check-in staff were really unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't tell us which beach we could use nor mention that we needed to reserve the beach chairs through them so we ended up getting kicked out of 2 beaches before someone explained the process to us. The TV didn't work. One of the shower doors didn't work so we had to squeeze in through the other side. The place had a strange musty smell. The sheets, bathroom and floors were dirty (found dead bugs). The pool doesn't belong to them so you need some kind of ticket to use it. Only redeeming quality is the guys in the restaurant were friendly. Way over priced for a really awful experience.

Great hotel, about a 10 minute walk to the main town to the many lovely eateries and about a 2 minute walk to the beach via a private walkway. Rooms are spacious (we went for a standard room with a partial sea view) however you could see the sea and hear the waves, lovely! We had a nice separate lounge with a big TV showing SKY, where many channels could be changed to English. Good continental breakfast with lots of lovely treats from the staff. Would love to come back again!
