We book last minute with Booking from 7 to 11 August. Discriminating for the choice of the structure is the presence of spa services and wellness packages. For this reason we ask for information on access to these services via the booking messaging service as soon as the reservation is made. From the structure they only reply on August 5th (after the deadline for free cancellation) telling us that the spa is not active this year. Arrived at the facility, at the time of check-in we ask for explanations and we are told that it is not their fault as they cannot modify their profile on booking and that they have reported the thing but booking has not updated the profile (false information, a manager friend of a property in Amsterdam told us that the owners themselves manage the booking profile). We continue to argue with the owners who, despite being wrong, offer us to "solve" the matter by returning our money so that we are free to go to other establishments ... all this on August 7 (knowing full well that it was a very complicated) so we lower our heads and agree to stay. I would just like to hearten the managers of the structure that we will support them in this battle with booking by reporting the matter ourselves. You are bad.

We stayed in July, on very hot days... and this location gave us some respite, thanks to the greenery and the large swimming pool. The place is potentially very beautiful. Wonderful vegetation, including exotic plants ... rooms on the ground floor with a small private view of the garden, a little dated but clean. We point out that the restaurant is only open in the evening, therefore those who have booked half board cannot opt ​​for lunch, as the pool bar and restaurant have 2 separate managements. In fact, a pool bar is active at lunchtime, which also prepares some hot dishes and sandwiches. Unfortunately it was on several occasions without the dishes and snacks listed on the menu, and the service was very slow, despite the fact that there were not many guests to serve. The tables are often left with used glasses "abandoned" for a long time, an element that favors the arrival of insects ... the staff seemed meager to guarantee optimal service ... The cleaning robot for the pool was constantly left in pool, on some occasions in operation during the opening hours of the pool. The breakfast was somewhat chaotic due to the presence of only one person who managed the tables, cafeteria and buffet. Furthermore, the aforementioned swimming pool is open during the day to external, paying guests, and the restaurant and garden are often used for "external" parties in the evening: we did not appreciate this aspect. On the occasion of private parties (managed by the restaurant, as reported by the reception) noise and loud music until late in the evening seemed to us to be in contrast with the spirit of the place, which promises relaxation and rest surrounded by greenery. Finally, the spaces occupied for the parties were not adequately cleaned and in the following days, abandoned bottles, glasses (even broken), balloons, ribbons and cutlery were found in the garden. Kindness and professionalism at the reception, but overall the structure does not seem worthy of a 4-star hotel. Comment that goes beyond the judgment on the hotel, beach of white fountains (go there by car, if you really want: the journey is sunny and dirty) to forget! Small and crowded, but above all very dirty! Look for nearby beaches...

My 16 year old daughter spent a few days in this resort (so to speak) on a school trip with the school. Unfortunately her room, shared with some classmates, she discovered was inhabited by mice. After the first night they found excrement on the beds and their snacks chewed. Furthermore the rats were also clearly seen. The staff, after reporting, in the face of the serious incident, showed little understanding, rude and arrogant, only summarily cleaned the room without even letting them change the room. So much so that every evening it was the same story: noises, excrement, sleepless nights. And the room with rats was not just one. Inadmissible. Furthermore, the structure in general appeared very neglected, too homemade, certainly not four-star. For example, the swimming pool had green water, it was as if it was undergoing maintenance. Very discouraged and nightmarish.

I've been to dinner. During the naia I ate better (whoever did the compulsory military service of many decades ago, knows what I'm talking about !!). Splendid location with beautiful lawn and a beautiful well-kept swimming pool (full marks). Old and dirty bathrooms. For food they deserve no stars.
Not recommended for those who want to feast.
