The rooms in the annex, as the royal building is classified, are very clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The location is exceptional, allowing you to reach both the public and private beaches. Syracuse is easily accessible if you have a car. The location is also perfect for Noto. It's disappointing to pay €7 to use the pools. We made up for it with the gym. Breakfast is a wide variety: sweet, savory, fruit, and more. The prices are quite high.

Unfortunately, the Bulla Regia hotel doesn't exist; it's just an annex of the Spiagge Bianche and the Futura club, which requires membership for €7 per person per day. When we booked, we thought the Bulla Regia was a normal hotel with a reception, breakfast room, and so on, all of which are actually at the Spiagge Bianche. The bathroom, which is quite large, doesn't even have a shelf to put a few bottles on... the bed is comfortable, but the closet is small, with only three drawers. We had to ask for a second chair, since there's no coat rack on the wall. Alessia, the receptionist at the Spiagge Bianche, is very kind and helpful.

Top score for the location (5 mins walk to the beach) , awesome pool, nice balcony with excellent relaxing chairs and a very nice and friendly staff,free parking, aircoo. Missing :WiFi signal, restaurant/bar. Would expect a bit more for 100 eur/night.

Spotless and well-finished rooms. Strategic point attached to the beach of white fountains. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent quality-price

More than a hotel, a rented room, empty swimming pool, no breakfast, no assistance.
My advice is to give it to management it is a real shame to treat such a structure in this way.
Only plus is close to the beach.

Nice rooms, but slightly small, and swimming pool opening times are bizarre
