Grand Hotel Oriente in Naples

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!

There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was an overall delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy a variety of dining options. The hotel itself has a wonderful historic charm, with beautiful architecture and decor that transports you back in time.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and was tidied up every day, which we really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options that catered to different tastes.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the elevator, which felt a bit dated and could use some modernization. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall experience.

All in all, this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, history, and convenience.

It was a pleasure to stay at Grand Hotel Oriente. From the time we checked in until check out we had nothing but a positive experience. Every member of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room and the entire hotel was immaculately maintained. In addition, the restaurant and roof top bar serve excellent food and drinks all while enjoying beautiful views of Naples. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our suite was beautiful and included a nice balcony that looked onto a side street. These were luxury accommodations that did not disappoint. Location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Napoli. We received excellent service from the front desk staff - especially Ruben and Flavia who gave us excellent directions and great recommendations for site and restaurants. Additionally, we arrived at 10 am and we got into our room right away - there was no delay. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Great location right near via Toledo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and good.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

The hotel was clean overall, but found dust on the floor. There were stains on some of the furnitures.
