room was much smaller than expected, felt like a 10-15m2 room than the 18m2 advertised, difficult to open 2 big luggage. service staff was very friendly and helpful. 5min walking distance to termini, just a straight road down. there is no AC during the winter, have to ventilate by opening windows which causes cigarette smoke to enter the room

The room was very small and you had to carry your suitcase up 10 steps to get into the hotel. The bathtub was unsafe and you could easily fall. The breakfast was average.

This hotel is not recommended for Chinese people. There are a lot of thieves in the area. We were traveling by car and parked our car at the hotel entrance early that morning. Within a couple of minutes walk to the main streets of Palermo, olde worlde outside and modern inside. Veronica is terrific and pointed us in some great directions.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Location was excellent, great communication between Veronica and Giuseppe. They are great hosts and always provide solutions. Accommodation was first class. If I visit Palermo this would be my first point if call. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic stay! I stayed in the Julia. I had a VERY rough 48 hours of airport travel (cancellations, delays and lost luggage). The views, accommodations and importantly the people at Casa Faccioli made it worth the travel. Great hotel! The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient — just a 4–5 minute walk to the metro station, and the receptionist kindly pointed us to the quickest route. The hotel also offers parking and breakfast. Nothing short of fantastic. Well looked after in beautiful suite overlooking the old town. Mini fridge in the room that's, for the first time ever, reasonably priced. (€3.50 for a beer). The breakfast was amazing with a selection of local jams, bread, honey etc. My piece of advice, for anyone visiting, is to just park outside of the old town and walk up. It's not a long walk at all.

Great staff super location and a wonderful accommodation

The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the second bed was in an adorable bunk with a ladder. The area was quite nice. There is no motorized roadway beside the hotel, foot traffic only so middle of the night was very quiet especially once the restaurants closed. We got a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The area was very walkable and safe.

Great location and perfect for a short stay in Siena. Owner was friendly and responsive. My only complaint is that the wifi was intermittent and streaming via Netflix was unreliable. We stayed in the room at the top floor (yes, many stairs to climb) and absolutely worth it for the panoramic view! Very clean and in a great location in a very lively part of town.
