This hotel in Milan is truly very central, and the Duomo is easily reachable on foot. It’s a beautiful property, recently renovated, with a stylish and distinctive design. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. If you manage to find a good offer, it’s definitely worth booking immediately, because this hotel truly deserves it.

Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back

This is a basic hotel but the maid service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the sheets and towels changed. Generally, service at reception and in the bar was friendly and efficient. This family run dream of a place was the highlight of our stay in Ischia. Everything was perfect, from the welcome upon arrival to the incredible availability and helpfulness of staff throughout the day, always friendly, polite and never intrusive. This was my second time staying at Punta Chiarito in Ischia, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff are absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and truly make you feel at home. Perfect for golf enthusiasts, the course has four 9-hole courses. The blue 9 are all par 3s and are excellent. The white 9 is also acceptable, but the yellow 9 is covered in dead grass, and I didn't play the red one! The golf carts have a set path, and if you're not paying attention, they'll stop and you'll have to reverse, which disrupts your game. If you plan to play, remember to bring your own cart...

GREAT! Great hotel on a great location and superb service

I’ve stayed here ＞ 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

The hotel has a good location, just a 2-minute walk from the station. The rooms are large and well-equipped with kitchen amenities. It's two train stops from the city center. There are no bathrobes or slippers. Breakfast is the same every day with a limited menu. Be aware that you'll be asked for a deposit, and it must be paid by card only. Unfortunately, our deposit was not returned nearly a month...

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Rome. It's right next to the Vatican, so the location is great and convenient for getting around, and most importantly, it feels very safe. The prices are usually around 1000+, which makes it quite good value for money. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are also very nice.

The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). The hotel is clean, and I guess it would be considered a good location, but Rimini is a unattractive, junkie, Beachtown -I would never go back. The beaches, of course are beautiful, but the area surrounding this hotel feels like a circus. I would never choose to vacation here.

Overall, everything was fine for us; we only stayed overnight and had breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were missing hotel slippers, hair conditioner, and body lotion. No coats. Beach towels are available for a fee.
