Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. It's great, conveniently located, yet quiet despite being in a busy area. The main gate was closed at midday; we walked around for a while and didn't realize it was in the middle of the road. The rooms have high ceilings, and we couldn't see any other guests even after having breakfast.

The receptionist was FANTASTIC, but when we arrived the blankets and pillows still seemed damp. The fragrance in the rooms was very over powering. Also Did notice the shower paint was chipping off and had rust everywhere. And above the window seals there is black mold growing. Which needs to be addressed.

The apartment is in a great location! Lovely apartment! Very nice and friendly hostess, who is easy to reach and is happy to give tips for your stay. A lovingly prepared breakfast is provided in the morning. You can also park your car in a nearby garage. A little noisy but otherwise great.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. It is less than a mile from the Duomo ( easy walk) and close to plenty of restaurants. We had an amazing stay at Opera Boutique B&B! The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a comfy bed. The hosts were super helpful and gave us great recommendations. It is in a good location only short walk to a few bus stops or great if you don’t mind more of walk to the tourist areas. We would recommend staying here and hope to come back again one day.

The hotel's location is good, but the rooms are outdated, with old furniture and an uncomfortable bathroom. A plastic stool serves as a shelf or vanity under the sink, plastic cups are offered instead of glass, and a single shower product is provided for all occasions. Stayed here for a night, the owners were very helpful telling me ways to get to places and suggested a great place for dinner. Also were nice enough to say I can call them if I have any problems. The location was right under the station and you can take a short cut through to get to the main street with restaurants and bars.

All that was the B&B was new. The room was large by European standards. The hostess checked in with me several times each day providing recommendations for sightseeing, meals, laundry, and anything else I might ask of her. I've been traveling Europe for over 30-days straight and this is by far the best accommodation I've secured.

We had a car and Valentina miraculously managed to save us a street space next to the B&B which was a godsend after a long day of driving! She was wonderful and enthusiastic and eagerly showed us everything to do in her city. The B&B is quiet, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the main street.

All was great and Valentina our host was just the best in everything, super pleasant and helpfull.

We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Location is deceiving implies that all the rooms are located in the Galleria and they're not. Separate entrance to even some rooms down a side alley.

All Good Second stay. Because we were familiar, it was easy to find. For first/timers, this may be a challenge due to poor signage. On Toledo, go to Big Green door, use the Call Directory on right side. The room was great. Clean, helpful staff, and would stay here again.

This is a small hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. Two things: firstly, it's very close to Siena Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo; secondly, it's right next to the Old City Gate, effectively avoiding ZTL restrictions. Emily is a most helpful and friendly host of the B&B. A small, cozy, ancient building -- a place you'll remember. I enjoyed the small terrace in my room to overlook the marina activity. Thankfully, windows can be shut in a way to block any outdoor noises. The hotel is near all things in Ortigia making it a great location, and a 20 minute walk from the train and bus stations.

The location is decent, just a few bus stops from Molo Pier. The hotel is on the 4th floor. While the exterior looks quite dated, the interior is quite stylish, which was a pleasant surprise!
