La Pergola & Villa Flavio in Ischia Town

Excellent place - the staff were absolutely fantastic. The spa and pools were great. The shuttle service was an added bonus and it was easy to get around the island. Although a little basic, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Dinner and lunch available if requested beforehand, but its easy enough to get to nearby towns for a good choice of restaurants. Surely deserving of another star

Lovely, beautiful place! The staff, even more so. Rooms are cleaned everyday, the breakfast and dinner are amazing, there are 7 pools (and it feels like it's never super crowded, although we did go in September), relaxing benessere packages, and the nicest staff I've ever met. They went out of their way to accommodate my husband when he got sick.
The resort is difficult to reach by foot, but they offer frequent navetta (van) services up and down to 2 towns nearby. The place is also big, there are lots of little nooks here and there and sunbeds to relax in. By the way, the view from the bar/restaurant is 😍❤️❤️😍
If I was to offer some improvement feedback, it would be the shower curtain, but nothing to stop us (or you reading this) to go and reserve this place! Go for it, absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful week here. Lots of places to sit and pools to linger in. Lovely landscaping and views over to Lacco Ameno. Staff are great and the shuttle is a real perk.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel, the three brothers who own it can't do enough to make you feel at home.
The rooms are basic but always clean and tidy, the grounds are fantastic with lots of places to relax and enjoy the Italian sunshine.
The hot and cold pools are a great way to unwind.
The food is superb, and there's plenty of it, Main meals are at 8pm and that gives you time to go exploring and return for your evening meal.
The owners are friendly and very helpful, shuttling guests into the town and port. They even gave us a tour of their own vineyard with some fantastic wine tasting at the end.
If you want to chill out and relax in a friendly environment then this the place for you.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful with everything. They offer free shuttle to the little town down the hill and also to the port. The breakfast was small but totally satisfactory. Even more , they served our wish for vegetarian eggs. The view is stunning. During the night you can enjoy your favourite delicious drink made from their bar staff and enjoy the view to the ocean. The surrounding is also very quiet. The rooms are a perfect fit for hot summer days. Air condition included. We also had a cute balcony where we could hang and dry our swim gear. The kids had much fun in the swimming pools while we enjoyed a massage and a face treatment that you can book here too. All in all, we not only loved the energy of the place and the people working there. We enjoyed it a lot and we are sure that one day we definitely return to this paradise.

4 course dinners generally very tasty and plentiful mixed buffet. Breakfast eggs, bacon, ham and cheese with good coffee made the stay very good value. Thermal spa and pools were good. Beware of tiger mosquitoes though all over island when we visited October, not sure about other seasons. In summary, great stay, friendly staff, food and drinks good, but beds hard.

We had 5 night in half pension in end of April.

We had a great time and what a tasty food at the dinner. They had the parmigiani we ever eat. The family wine was also great. The staff was kind Michele, roberto, Fabio ... they made our stay really nice. The hotel has 2 thermal pool from 2 Springs. One Salty and the other natural.

Tips: if you like really hot water go at 7h30-8 am on the second source downstair the temperature is I think 43 C. It s the hottest I found in the island.

Possible amelioration on the brakefast the hotel can use more local fruit for Juice or to eat because they are excellent.

We would recommand this place for sure

Location, view, staff and volcanic spa were all amazing. I would only recommended staying B&B as the evening dinner was okay but was rushed and the restaurants down in the towns are really nice. Would 100% go back and stay there which I don’t say often. Hopefully see the family owners and team again soon!
