parking but a bit expensive and a great balcony. the lovely young lady I think Denise at the front desk was a star helping us to get our car tyre repaired. she went out of her way. a real credit to the hotel

Not expensive but everything relative to the price I presume. One positive point though is the view of Vesuvius. No lift. Using their phone for a very quick call to Holland cost a fortune.

Very low quality hotel. Only saving Grace is nice staff. Impossible to wash well because the room had a bath and no wall or curtain to catch water and sewer pipe was broken under the window so the feces and sewage from whole hotell was tossed out under my window. Avoid.

Loved this place. The room was clean and lovely, the bathroom was hygienic, the food and staff were lovely and it was very close to the town and beach. There was a beautiful view from the balcony of the coastline. My friend accidentally left a wallet with 80 euros in and the staff handed it in and returned it all to him. Cannot fault this place and definately recommend it to others.

We had a good time! Rooms are simple but ok, most of them have a great view. Staff is generally friendly, especially the night guy

Nice hotel, well located if you have a car otherwise you need to take the bus (and be patient). Standard rooms don't have a view at all.

Great places to stay, you can catch the line A bus from behind the train station almost to the door. Tickets are sold in the local shops. The restaurant is great too.

Bedroom could have been more comfortable. Could have done with 1 or 2 more staff !! Could have had do with more info bout do’s and don’t around the area and transport etc .

We got moved here as our other hotel over book .were so glad we did because this is a lovely hotel very friendly staff very helpful. Very clean and great food would definitely come back thank you all so much xx

The word Hospitality was invented here I think... Pictures of the hotel do not do it justice. The staff are amazing, from management down. Everyone remembers your name and cannot do enough to make sure your every need is catered to from the time you leave your room each day. So close to the beach and central Sorrento. Stayed with my son and it felt so safe for him to run up to the room and back alone. He loved the pool too! Will definitely stay again upon returning to Sorrento!
