Hotel Canasta in Capri Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Canasta! It’s just a short 2-minute walk from the center, yet perfectly peaceful. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view, and it was always spotless. Every single time we came back from a meal or an activity, the room was freshly cleaned and perfectly prepared, even before bedtime, everything felt fresh and tidy. The service was excellent, with new towels every day and a delicious breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Capri!

There are not enough good things I can say about Hotel Canasta. They hosted my entire wedding party and were extremely friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Excellent service, great, clean, simple rooms. Wonderful upstairs balcony. Amazing place to stay/ house friends and family at a very fair price.

My absolute favorite hotel in Capri. I feel at home there. I love the staff, the hotel is extremely clean, the maids clean your room a few times a day. Family owned place with a great pool and beautiful rooms.

I have stayed in hotel Canasta more than 5 times and have already booked my next year stay as well. The owner Pietro is amazing and booking is easy. Every time we have wonderful stay in the hotel. It is rather small, but has the perfect location in just a few steps away from the main shopping street and Piazetta which makes it perfect for us. The pool is great as well and the restaurant has very delicious food and great wine selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had the best stay at Hotel Canasta and will 100% come back and stay here again!
Roberto treats everybody like family. He took care of every single reservation, my luggage broke on the way from the ferry to the hotel, I mentioned it to him and by the time I got back in my hotel room it had been fixed.
We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because our days were packed with activities (all fantastically organized by Roberto) but the pool did look amazing!
The location is perfect. 3 mins walk from the cutest streets of Capri.
Breakfast in the morning was great too, had classic Italian croissants, cakes and fresh fruit which I ate being Italian and also had savory eggs, bacon and cheese for my Canadian husband.
Thanks so much for making us feel at home from even before we arrived.

Solo traveller. I stayed here at the start of Spring. A family run beautiful boutique hotel. Located just off a very famous designer shopping strip. I recommend it for solo travellers alike and couples will Love it too. Has an outdoor swimming pool, lots of sun loungers, beautiful quiet little road. Breakfast served on the premises and lots of restaurants to choose from in the centre for lunch or dinner.
Cautionary advice for Capri; travel light, because you don't want to drag that suitcase from ferry to bus or taxi. Their is a shuttle that takes only your luggage for a fee. Take slippers, trainers/ shoes and ladies, a nice pair of shoes for dinning out. Lots of hills and slopes.
