The stay at La Residenza was amazing. The staff were excellent, the room and views were absolutely breathtaking and the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the shopping & night life. What a beautiful experience! The hotel is so nice. Just a few minutes walk from the main plaza- the hotel is easy to reach and a great base to explore the island. From the moment we arrived at Hotel La Residenza Capri, we knew we were in for something special—but the experience exceeded all expectations. This is listed as a four-star resort, but in our opinion, it should absolutely be a five-star. Everything was flawless.

A special mention goes to Giuseppe, the SUPERSTAR concierge who made our trip unforgettable. He didn’t just arrange activities—he curated experiences. He secured us a private boat tour with the best vessel, ensuring we had the most beautiful (and even newer) yacht for an incredible day. He booked outstanding restaurants, suggested unique adventures, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Giuseppe wasn’t just helpful—he was a true friend to our family. We are truly grateful. Grazie!

The staff throughout the hotel were also amazing. Everyone knew our names and they personalized everything to make us feel at home. The service here is warm, genuine, and thoughtful in a way you rarely find.

The hotel itself is stunning. Cool & hip. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had an incredible view. The pool was refreshing and inviting, breakfast was delicious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Our children adored every moment, and so did we.

In short, La Residenza Capri is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to belong. We came as guests and left feeling like family. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we cannot wait to return to this true Capri gem.

The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming. As we were the last guests to check in that day, they asked us if we had eaten as soon as we entered the room. They also upgraded us to a sea view room with a balcony for free. The room was large and clean, much better than the photos. Breakfast was a la carte, and some were also available for pick-up. Overall, the experience was very good.

My wife and I chose La Residenza Capri for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, we were swept off our feet by the amazing service—especially from the management team. We were welcomed so warmly that it truly felt like coming home. To celebrate our honeymoon, they surprised us with a beautifully arranged fruit platter the moment we walked in—such a thoughtful touch that perfectly set the tone for our stay. Throughout our visit, the management and staff remained incredibly attentive: from early luggage assistance to seamless coordination of boat tours, dinners, and transfers—nothing was too much trouble ,The location was ideal, just steps from Capri’s vibrant Piazzetta yet tucked away in a peaceful oasis, and our room was both elegant and comfortable with blackout shutters, spacious bathrooms, and a private balcony—just as other honeymooners have raved ,Every morning began with a delicious breakfast served by friendly staff, and evenings were spent relaxing by the pool with cocktails, served with genuine warmth. We were so impressed by the management and service—Toney, Fabrizio, Giuseppe, Linda, Fabio, Vincenzo, Raj—their genuine care and dedication made our honeymoon truly unforgettable . This hotel is fantastic! The front desk upgraded us to a garden suite with two balconies for free. The entire staff was very welcoming! The hotel is also in a great location, across from the Miumiu Chanel. It's a five-minute walk to the Augstus Gardens and popular photo spots. The hotel also left two bottles of Still & Sparkling by our bedside every day. It was a completely unexpected experience.

Great little boutique hotel. Still undergoing some renovations and it's still in need of more. Service is excellent.Beds are comfortable and the views are incredible. Easy walking distance to the center of town and the taxi stands and buses.

An exceptional hotel located on the beautiful island of Capri. The staff are absolutely amazing, from the General Manager all thru the different departments Inc household and restaurant employees. Wonderful breakfasts, a selection to suit any and all tastes. Stunning scenery and pool and their new garden area is such a relaxed and chilled vibe. We had an amazing room with stunning sea views of the Faraglioni Rocks. Our room had 2 sun terraces, private sun beds and showers. The beds were super comfortable, the in-room amenities ticked all the boxes. We will definitely make this an annual trip. Places of this quality are so rare
