Poggio Aragosta Hotel & Spa in Ischia Town

I begin to say that the hotel as it presents itself is not bad, friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel sponsors various swimming pools including an outdoor thermal pool with hydromassage, it is a pity not to be able to use it for reasons stated by the reception that do not comply with covid regulations, because always said by them they cannot use chlorine in the thermal water, which is absolutely not true. just think of the many pools of the thermal parks where the same water is quietly used by thousands of people.
Average breakfast, cream or empty croissant, an apricot tart and a plumcake, this is the sweet side, another flaw is the non-use of Nutella, a 4-star hotel where I paid € 120 per couple at the GG room and breakfast, eat the under-brand hazelnut cream.
Last negative note was presented to the bill, on our arrival even if perfectly on time for breakfast, we kindly ask if there was something left of the breakfast for two girls, to our question they bring us 4 cream croissants without even asking if they were to our liking or if there were or were not allergic people, 3 coffees and a pineapple juice, moral of the story we are asked to pay € 14 for croissants left over by guests already present in the structure, for me it is inadmissible, because paying for a breakfast means asking what do you want, do not bring what remains and then for the most part making it pay, and without even saying that it was paid, last note we were also charged for a beer not even used, then removed when mentioned.
Surely when I return to Ischia I will go to structures that I already know.
