Pontenuovo Bed in Naples

I stayed in Napoli for 4 nights for a conference at a university. Ponenuovo Bed was the perfect choice. The room was great, clean, simple, and only 10 walk from many places. There was also room cleaning every day.
The staff is responsive and helpful.

There is a voucher for a coffee and pastry from a bakery around the corner — it was very tasty and everyone was very friendly. ❤️

Lovely decor with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Easy access, more of a guesthouse feel than a hotel, but simple, solid, and comfortable for a short stay.

Clean place, nice host, Daniela helped with our queries. The location isn’t the greatest interms of beauty and safety but good connection for public transport. The room didnt have a kettle or a TV with streaming services which would have increased their score.

A great hotel almost in the city center. It's a private house, very cozy, the only downside is the lack of slippers and the cold floors.

Room was adequate for one night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Walking distance to Old Town and historic sites.

Great room, close to the old town and convenient for the railway station. The aircon worked well and the manager communicated well.

After staying here, I learned I prefer having a front desk attendant available. All questions were answered through WhatsApp. City taxes are expected to be left in cash at the end of your stay. The Google location searching by business name isn’t right. You need to enter the exact numerical address or you’ll be lead somewhere else by Google Maps. I know this because I got lost after dinner. The entrance isn’t very clear because it’s through a stairway in a gated courtyard. A taxi to here from the airport was 25 euro. A croissant and either juice or coffee is complementary with the provided breakfast ticket at a place down the street but when I bought 1 additional juice, they charged me for 4 items. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake. Regardless, it was a hassle having to confront them about it and they didn’t refund me correctly. So I ended up overcharged.
