Perfect stay for a couple in the center of Napoli. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, comfy and stylish (with pleasant scent). Jacuzzi bathtub is great! You are also provided with free water and some snacks. Highly recommended

Staff was excellent. We had to check in after hours due to issues with flight and the were accommodating.

The room we chose had a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was spacious, with a comfortable mattress, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and thoughtful touches like coffee capsules, soft drinks, and water.
Everything was spotless! Fabiana and Miriam assisted us throughout our stay via WhatsApp. They responded immediately.

The location is central, just steps from the historic center. If you're arriving by car, there's no parking available, but there are private parking lots nearby (€30 per day).

They left us a Valentine's Day gift in the room! It was a lovely surprise! We had a wonderful 3-night stay… The apartments are beautiful! Highly recommended! We would definitely choose them again!

The room has a modern touch. The tub/shower/jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the busy street sounds. Closing the doors, you could not hear a thing!
Easy instructions to get in. Very well equipped with coffee, biscuits and water. It’s within walking distance to the Nativity street that you do not want to miss.

Very nice room with all amenities, spacious, and a partial sea view. The whirlpool was perfect after a stay in Naples. Because the access codes were digital only, our phone was snatched from our hand at the door when we tried to enter them. It's not easy when everything is digital; luckily, we had a second phone, and we were able to reach the hotel at 10 pm. We were worried about the codes being changed, and we were very anxious that night. The elevator, up to about the 5th floor, could be heard in the room, and the movement of the elevator in the room at night was quite unsettling.

Welcoming room with all the comforts. The large in-room hot tub was very relaxing, a welcome treat after traveling miles to explore the wonderful city of Naples. The room's location was perfect for easily accessing the various neighborhoods, and it's also close enough to the train station. We also felt pampered by the host's advice and attentiveness during our stay.

For the price, this place was incredible value! There were small hiccups throughout the stay—our room was ready about 15 minutes late, which was disappointing after a long day of travel given that the lobby does not have seating to relax in while you wait, our air conditioner controls were initially not working (quickly remedied), and one of the shower spouts was spraying onto the floor. However, Miriam was usually available quickly by WhatsApp for any of our needs. Also, their guest relations manager reached out and was happy to help us schedule a last minute dinner reservation by phone which we could not do ourselves since we didn’t speak Italian. Despite the small issues, this was still a phenomenal value, and the location couldn’t be beat. We would definitely return!

I just arrived today and i think this is one of the best places in Napoli to stay for the location near pizzeria da michele ,the room so clean and organized,the people who works are so kind ,for the price you can book with them directly its cheaper than booking.com they will help you in everything.

The suite is beautiful, clean and spacious. However it is very noisy being on Corso Umberto 1, even with the windows close. The check in was done remotely and was somewhat confusing as I didn't have received the information before my departure. It eventually worked out but I do prefer an in person check in.

Great, stylish room, well equipped, good location and the best bath I've ever seen. And Clorinda, the receptionist is one of the best humans I've ever met, absolutely lovely, wished I could of stayed longer 😊
