La Bella Napoli B&B in Naples

We booked this hotel for our first and second nights after arriving in Napoli. We made sure that someone will greet us for a late check-in (at around 23:00 PM). We were greeted by one of the staff member, who was in a rush to check us in and leave as soon as possible. We got handed a big keyring and a brief explanation on which key opens which door, what she didn't explain to us is how to open some of the door contraptions. We got stuck at the third door to the hotel at around midnight when it was raining and cold. We tried ringing the property doorbell, getting in touch with the contact listed on their site but no answer, eventually, some kind stranger helped us to unlock the door. The next day when confronted with the staff and the owner they didn't take responsibility.
Furthermore, the showerhead had some other guest's hair.
Also we were supposed to move to a nicer room for our second night but they cancelled on us the same morning without giving us a heads up after we already packed all our stuff and we were ready to move.
About the property itself, the walls are thin so we didn't feel private in our room.

There is a WiFi in the "Hotel" but it is slow like snail! Cellular network is too weak or most of the time unavailable inside the room. So you will be quite in a disconnected situation!

The flash of the commode is not working. And they have tried to put the blame on us that we have thrown something other than tissue into the commode (we certainly didn't did anything like that).
