The hotel is very well located near the station. The directions are accurate and comprehensive, with enough detail to avoid getting lost.
It's an old building with apartments converted into rooms. It operates on the 3rd floor.
The rooms are already starting to show signs of wear (stains on the walls, drains that don't work properly, etc.).
Breakfast is served at a nearby café.

Right in front of the station, great location. The manager was very friendly. Excellent breakfast at the Caffe Imperiale. We'll be back.

When we arrived, no one was present at the property, and we hadn't been given access instructions.
The following day, we asked to leave a small travel bag for the morning, but were told we couldn't leave it there, and we weren't given a place to leave it.
Breakfast is available at a bar a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is located just steps from the station.
Perfect for those passing through or wanting to stay a couple of nights.
The room is basic and spacious.
The bathroom and shower are clean and functional.
The excellent breakfast is available at the bar on the ground floor of the building.
Excellent value for money.
The helpfulness of the check-in staff was beyond excellent, promptly resolving an issue with the front door opening using a code. The housekeeper, who welcomed us with a wonderful, authentic Neapolitan smile, was equally impeccable...a reflection of the soul of a welcoming and generous city.

Avoid and never again, where to start…we have been travelling to more than 18 countries and this is the worst hotel we ever stayed. At the check-in they take pictures of your ID and send it on Whatsapp. We booked via *********** with our credit card as garantee. They wanted us to pay cash. We saw some reviews online that if you pay cash, they will cancel your reservation and to avoid getting a review. After multiple converstations they accepted our card. The room was to small and dirty. Black hair on the floor, lime scale everywhere in the bathroom, toilet seat is to small for the toilet, shower drain overfloated after 1 minut. The rooms were not soundproof as mentioned on the website, you could hear everything. And the area…not the best and don’t go out by yourselve. In the evening, arround 10, we heared fireworks or a gun shooting so no sleep for us.

My friends and i organised a Italy vacation 2 months ago. Our last place was Napoli. We thought that walk around in the city, one night accommodation and next morning we fly our country. A couple of hours before we pass to Napoli, they said that we can not come because there is a problem with our room, they said this at the night!! They never helped us to find another hotel. We could not find a hotel hours before it was too expensive or transportation was difficult. We are three girls, and they left us in a difficult situation. They should never manage a hotel. It is unbelievable!

Hotel was not satisfactory. The rooms are very small and is not suitable for 4 people. Air conditioning was not working, hot water tank was not working. The area is very sketchy and not recommended for tourist. Please be careful when booking this hotel it is not as it shows in the photos. I was very upset and had a very bad experience.
