In a word, I can describe the Relais Napoli Velata as essential. It has everything you need for a stay.
Its location is strategic, just one metro stop from the central station, and the historic center is a 4-minute walk away (SpaccaNapoli).
Breakfast is available at an outside café. Whenever anyone asks me for advice on where to stay, I will always recommend this place.
Thanks also to the owner, whom I only spoke to by phone but who is super helpful and kind.

Unique hospitality, rooms always tidied up and towels changed every day. Just a stone's throw from the center, comfortable and spacious bathroom, and a mini-bar available. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very clean, comfy beds and the bathroom was good. We had room service each day which I wasn't expecting. The location is very good, very close to the old centre. I would book here again if I visited Naples.

A disaster! Not recommended. Check-in closes at 3:00 PM and there's no way to check in even 30 minutes later. The entire booking was cancelled and not a single cent was refunded. Arrival the following day was also impossible. On top of that, the owner was rude and unpleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very centrally located, with a QR code you can scan to explore the main attractions. A wonderful holiday, very clean. Recommended.
