The most bad hotel ever. Everything was broke. Window could not close. Shower broke down. No help. No lights. Got kicked out of the hotel owner, because We complained to Expedia. Expedia was very helpfull. We hope they now delete the hotel from their site.

A ripoff. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

My partner booked 2 rooms: one for herself and me and another for our son. The bookings accepted but they then contacted her to let her know that they had downgraded the rooms to smaller versions. However they insisted that the price was the same justifiibg this by saying that the price was based on the number of people person than the room. This was clearly untrue as the rooms were different prices depending on which one you chose.

The the worst:
Our vehicle broke down on the motorway hotel and we add to phone for a recovery. We quickly realised that we would not be able to get to the hotel before the reception closed. My partner tried to cancel but the staff were completely unsympathetic. They were evasive and ended up not answering the phone. My partner even sent a photo of us broken down on the motorway as proof.

Money grabbing and heartless, with very poor service. A total rip off.

Good value for money. A good location , even though the entrance is a bit odd and no check in counter. The room was very much OK and exceeded my expectation. No breakfast on site, not even a water cattle, but bars are nearby.

Great location. Close to good restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife etc. Noemi is a great host, they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Napoli

The staff was very nice and the room was clean!
The Location is perfect between the spangioli Quarter and Centro storico.
5/5 would recommend!

We've got a small room with an old window so it was noisy. The room looked like a storeroom with unpleasant air in the room and from the air conditioner.

This is a nice and cosy hotel, even though does not look like from the outside. It was comfy, quiet and fullfilled our needs but breakfast was dissapointing with some packed toasts and packed small marmalades, we took a coffee and went to a cafeteria on the main street.

It has a perfect location near metro and restaurants. They clean frequently and give new set of towels almost every day. Shower though is oweful. Internet moves you in the room, disconnects frequently. Breakfast is only sweet. Coffee was great. It is OK.
