My partner booked 2 rooms: one for herself and me and another for our son. The bookings accepted but they then contacted her to let her know that they had downgraded the rooms to smaller versions. However they insisted that the price was the same justifiibg this by saying that the price was based on the number of people person than the room. This was clearly untrue as the rooms were different prices depending on which one you chose.
The the worst:
Our vehicle broke down on the motorway hotel and we add to phone for a recovery. We quickly realised that we would not be able to get to the hotel before the reception closed. My partner tried to cancel but the staff were completely unsympathetic. They were evasive and ended up not answering the phone. My partner even sent a photo of us broken down on the motorway as proof.
Money grabbing and heartless, with very poor service. A total rip off.
Avoid.
The Location is perfect between the spangioli Quarter and Centro storico.
