Perfect match quality /price to stay for 1 night

I chose this small hotel based on its price and location. 10 minutes from the train station and 42 euros per double (without city tax) seemed quite acceptable to me. Although the hotel is only 200 meters from Corso Umberto, the area is dirty, but it seemed quite safe. A pleasant bonus turned out to be a very hospitable host, just the quintessence of a Neapolitan (but without any obsession). The decor is simple, but everything is available. The Wi-Fi is steady.

Very welcoming accommodation, in my opinion with a target slightly higher than its star. Owner always very kind and ready to recommend itineraries and places to make the most of your holiday in Naples. Strategic location, very close to everything. We will definitely be back

Talking outside the room can be heard loudly. The staff was talking all night long and it was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

Hotel quite close to the center in 10 minutes maximum you are in via Toledo, you are in the real heart of Naples, the hotel is average it has everything you need, if perhaps the hotel is not beautiful, it is repaid by kindness and sympathy of the owner

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. Antonio gave us a map of Naples and marked the best places to go, the best restaurants, etc. Emily took great care for us and our room. They made our stay in Naples unique and made us feel special. They even gave us a table and two chairs so we can enjoy the sunny weather on the terrace. I had great time there and I hope I could go again.
Naples may seem a little unorganized and/or not safe at first sight. But from my stay I am convinced this is a beautiful city with warm people, who are kind, supporting and have a strong sense of community. The location was more than perfect for us - we could reach the train station for less than 10 minutes, so we could easily go to the airport, Vesuvius, Pompeii, the train museum. The hotel is on a walking distance from Castel Nuovo, Castel d'Ovo, the Royal Palace of Naples, the Bourbon tunnel and if you're okay with longer walks, even the catacombs and Castel San'Elmo. Visiting the tunnel and the catacombs gave me the best proofs how great are the people of Naples.
It was nice that we could talk about Naples with our hosts. I've read a review that their English is not very good. Well, mine neither, not my Italian, and yet we understood each other and we had nice time.
I would strongly recommend this place. You can enjoy the spirit of Naples, the warmth of the locals and to be close to everything.

This hotel is a SCAM. DO NOT give them any of your bank details! They charged extra money to my bank account 'hoping I wouldn't notice' the missing funds. Then took weeks to repay the money. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Very good for short staying in Napoli: small family flat hotel with 8 rooms. Neat and clean. Very hospitable man on duty. Breakfast at summer veranda with parrots are enjoyable!

I stayed in July and so far the problem that I still have is that they charged the fee of the room on my credit card even though I paid by cash when I stayed there. It's been more than a month and so far I haven't received the refund. Also, it was me the one that had to tell them what they did otherwise they wouldn't have done anything. No honesty at all and even worse and super slow service to fix the problem.

Here you fully dive into Neapel’s atmosphere: close neighborhood with another houses and the market, smell of cooked food, Neapolitan noise and so on😂 that’s really a great experience! The host is friendly, breakfast was ok. The hotel is located only 5 minutes away from the famous pizzeria de’Michele and the central station.
BUT! The rooms need to be repaired. It is impossible to sleep, you cannot open the window as far as there is a concrete plate just under the window. There is no air condition, so at night it’s super hot and lack of oxygen. Despite the hospitality and good location, I would not recommend this place.
