The customer service was horrendous upon arriving at the hotel. We saw that the check in hours stopped at 8pm and we were assured via email that we would be accommodated if we arrived late on the day we were supposed to check in. When we arrived though, we had to be let in by cleaning staff and had to have a resident of the building call the manager because she kept hanging up on us, refusing to listen to us. She then arrived 30 mins later yelling at us about how check in stopped at 4pm (it was 7:20pm) and that she didn't care what time was posted online. She angrily checked us in, charged us a 30€ late fee, even though we weren't late, and left. We did not see or hear from her the rest of our stay. The room was supposed to have a queen bed but instead had 2 singles and we uncomfortable enough to cause me lower back pain that lasted most of the trip. Absolutely do not recommend, every other hotel we stayed at in Italy was wonderful and accommodating, this was horrible by any standard.

Check-in was a huge issue for me. I wasn’t aware that check-in is only available from 10ish to 1pm and my plane arrived at 7pm. There was no option to go into the room when i arrived I had to book another room at a sketchy motel because it was last minute. Do not recommend. Staff wasn’t so understanding and I wouldn’t consider it a hotel. I think there should’ve been a way to go into the room electronically. Check-in is like 50 years outdated. Then got charged a tourist tax which is fine but the fact that it could only be paid with cash was annoying, again its outdated service. Last thing, the spring bed was highkey terrible i got a bruise on my hip cause of the springs.

Room had no air conditioning which was a challenge, the room was clean, and the landlord tried to be helpful during our stay but for me the pillows were very hard and the kettle outside our room for tea and coffee didn't fit into any plug in the wall which was odd and the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. We were fortunate and unfortunate as it was San Gennaro célébrations so they had a band playing outside our hotel until 10pm and then further down the street until midnight.
An important celebration so couldn't be helped.
We had cards each morning to get our breakfast at a local cafe which was very nice.

Extremely poor service, the check in ends at 2pm after which the guests cannot use the room they have paid for. Having travelled extensively this is the first time I come across a hotel that does not provide access to the room after 2pm! On top of it they do not speak any English which is ridiculous given that they are on ******* which is an international site… AVOID!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This hotel is nowhere near worth the asking price! The reception was unfriendly, and their policies on timing are rigid (a crucial warning: absolutely no refunds if you don't arrive on schedule). The shower room was filthy, the mattress was uncomfortable, and it was extremely noisy. In short... one might hope for a warm welcome, but even that was completely absent!

The hotel does not correspond to the call rating. Dirty rooms, mold in the bathroom, no blankets and toilet paper upon check-in.

The beds creak from the slightest touch. There is constant shouting outside the window. In the reception area, the administrator gathers with someone in the morning and shouts, discusses something. Since the doors are "cardboard", you can hear everything as if they are talking in the room.

The cost per night is 110 € - this is not just expensive, it does not correspond to the offer at all

The property is centrally located, though a bit tucked away. It's very close to all the main points of interest and tourist attractions. There were limited amenities, and the rooms had a few issues (like non-working lamps and remote controls). Considering the value for money, I think there are better options out there.

We were met with rudeness upon arrival. We couldn't pay by card, and no receipt was issued for our cash payment. Breakfast was very basic, consisting only of a cappuccino and a pastry, and the staff, again, was inexplicably rude. When we later needed to contact the front desk, the staff member we were trying to reach was unavailable for a long time. The location, however, is excellent.

My absolute favourite food place in Napoli. Super fresh food (coperto bread was warm and just out of the oven!), amazing people serving and definitely an authentic Italian cuisine (frequented mostly by locals).
The schedule is tight, but definitely worth visiting.

I wandered in here once for lunch before the pandemic and the food was just perfect. Imagine my disappointment when I came back 3 years later. the pasta was mostly raw (no i know al dente, that was not it), the waiter kept forgetting our drinks and then mixed up our other dishes. yes the food was still good overall, but the experience left us wanting. will not be coming back.

The hidden gem of Naples - we have been here for 10 days and this is the best restaurant we've been to. Forget the hawkers shouting "pizza pasta pizza pasta" and walk 2 minutes off the beaten path to come here instead. Treat yourself to a glass of house wine (2 euro for 8oz/250ml), open the menu (with English translation) and enjoy local dishes and seasonal vegetables cooked simply with garlic and olive oil. Make sure to order the verdure - a combination of four vegetable sides for 4 euro (good luck finding this much veg anywhere else in Naples). The sausage, meatballs, eggplant parm, and tomato with anchovies on toast are all excellent choices. Even if you've had it elsewhere in Naples, you'll want to try it here to see how it really should be done.

We particularly enjoyed the fizzy wine aperitif. Sadly they were out of the tripe so I had meatballs. The meatballs were a bit dry but they were tasty. My friends had the mixed platter with delicious pasta. The Caprese salad was tasty but the tomatoes weren't great. I guess its the wrong time of year.

The food we had for lunch were all delicious. The gnocchi and parmigiana di melanzane were outstanding. And the wine with peaches was incredible. Make sure to get the menu of the day!
