more of a youth hostel vibe. we arrived accidentally. the room was clean and the price was relatively o.k. the staff was nice but the room we received was super small. You can hardly stand by the bed. no sidebed one window to a small street. minimal utilities. 15 min walk from the train station, poor breakfeast.

This is not a resort but a small hotel with a dozen rooms on the second floor in an apartment building. There is no front desk at night. My room had no view but there is a tiny balcony by the reception but it is only accessible when the reception is open. The hotel was nice and very reasonable. I would stay again.

For non-Italian English speakers beware there is no check-in desk, you have to call in advance to arrange a check-in time but they don’t speak English which made this process very difficult. Find someone who speaks English and Italian and have them do this for you. Everything else was very lovely and it’s in a great location for swimming at the beach and close to the train station into the city (Metro Line 2). Not a resort or hotel, more like apartments without a kitchen but they are very clean and comfortable. The older gentleman and young woman who work there are very welcoming. Breakfast was fruit, yoghurt, croissants and coffee/juice.

Gennaro was very friendly / lovely and very caring always asking if we needed something to make our stay more comfortable . A relaxed modern environment that made you feel at your ease with very comfortable rooms and even having a choice to be able to order food ( Menu ) to your room if your choice was to have a snack indoors in the evening / night . Great location ❤️Mergellina and Posillipo , close to bus stops and taxi station felt less like walking . But honestly in such a location it’s best to walk to enjoy all the beautiful views .

The resort is a very good 2 star, not a 4 star. It is located in an ancient building, with an entrance hall with a very high ceiling. The view from the balcony is magnificent, Mr. Gennaro is very kind and thoughtful; he ordered the keys (in the key fob that was delivered to us) in such a way that we do not always have to look for the right key: Stairway key, Resort front door key, Room key, Key to power the room. The rooms are good (with mini bar) and the bathroom too. The breakfast room is very small (2 tables for 2 people + 1 on the balcony); the lift is very dated (very beautiful from an artistic point of view) and, despite being very large and with an internal seat, it is approved for only 3 people. The resort is located in an area of "nightlife" so it is imperative to close the window, otherwise you will not sleep due to the noises. It was still a pleasant stay, with the above limitations, which makes us say "we will return when possible".
